They never have what you are looking for, they have to order it for you, I remember before, you would arrive and what you asked for was always there, and now it is not the same.
Had a bad battery....they tested it and replaced it with a new one....shocked in price and warranty but I checked out other places...just as bad in price
Store#1902 has awesome customer service. I was in a pinch and needing a small piece of rubber hose to slow and air leak down till I got back to shop. They cut me a little piece handed me a few zip ties and sent me in my way. I will def be back!
The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me to diagnose an issue with my 1999 USPS Jeep Cherokee and I was able to get the problem repaired much quicker and mpre affordable with their help. I always enjoy visiting here and know i can get the help I need; at the very least an educated opinion to help steer me in the right direction.

? what in the heck, called about a battery for a motorcycle and the person whom answered said she was in charge but didn't even know how to look up the parts. Guess my business will go elsewhere from now on as well as all of my recommendations for parts
Auto zone was fun great place to go. But now its not the same. I get parts or i go somewhere else to get tips or info.i worked 8 years in that store I need a part so I was going to the back and get it to help the lady out after a guy walked out and didn't get the two batterys he was going to get because he wasn't getting the help but she told me not to go .I told her I worked here she perty much told so what. Thats the last time I try to help them again or go to that place again. People keep asking when will I go back to work for auto zone. I tried.that place is going down and fast not the same.
My car was completely out of oil as the dip stick when I had my oil change in Illinois was not placed on correctly. The oil had gone all over my engine. I had lost my debit card the day before so had no way to use it! I tried to write a check and even though there are branches in Iowa, they would not accept it. To make a long story short, the wonderful woman that waited on me paid for my oil and said pay it forward, believe me I will. Auto Zone has my business forever!!!

They go out of their way to take care of you. They've helped me probably more than they should have. AZ is always my first choice in automotive supplies.
I visited auto zone in Washington Iowa for the 1st time this week.(4-13-21)
I was in need of a new battery for my daughter's car I called the verified they had the battery and they would help me install it.
When I arrived I was greeted by the kindest gentleman I have met in retail in a very long time.
Not only was he very friendly inviting But he replaced my battery in continued to have a friendly conversation with me the entire time.
This gentleman truly did remind me that there are good people out there.
We had a belt break and were able to get to the store. Not only did they help us through our screw up. We spent hours trying to get the dang thing on. They lent us tools for the job amd brought us out some cold water. Great to deal with!
Extremely helpful staff might not have been the most knowledgeable about vehicle repair but was helpful and willing to look for more information. The first time in a long time I was impressed by the willingness to help look for the right parts and when both of us were unsure of the part or name of the part asked co-workers and researched online to find properly part and or terminology for part.
Know what you need when entering cause the knowledge of the staff is lacking. Shop online and get it sent to store or your home free. You will find a part on their website is cheaper then their store and they won't price match their own website.
This place sucks! The store manager is always reaking of pot! Talks bad about the customers and doesnt know anything about his so called bad ass car he got! Hes extremely unprofessional. Sitting there blowing up on his employees and everyone can hear it. And another disgrace is hes hardly ever there. I never knew you could be a manager and not have to work? Ha its a freaking joke.
