We went boating with friends (who belong to the association to use the private lake) on Labor Day weekend. Very nice lake and much bigger than I had realized. Lots of boats out though, so difficult to safely "play" in the water. I would definitely like to go back on a day that's not so busy. I also did see some public beaches on the lake, but not sure how to get to them.
