Needed a Good Samaritan and Mulder Automotive saved the day! I was in town from the Minneapolis area for a baseball game, and my car wouldn’t start. It was 5:23pm on a Friday- they answered my call and came right away! I was stunned. Even better, they got my car going and me on my way to the game. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
My airpods went missing after getting work done on my car at mulders. Scott and Andrew B. told me I accidentally left them in the loaner car and it was at a customers house. They called the “customer” for me confirming that they had them and asked when they were going to bring them back for me to pick up. Once I got the police involved, an officer found out that my AirPods were actually at a MULDERS employees house and the employee then says he accidentally took them. Do with that as you wish but either it was stolen and Scott/Andrew tried to cover it up or it was truly accidentally taken and still Scott/Andrew intentionally lied to me about it. Either way, it’s shady and would not trust them
I was headed out of town when I ran over a long metal chunk and popped my tire. They were able to find a new tire and get me back on the road in no time at all. Highly recommend!
I went to Moulder to have the wheel alignment adjusted! As a result, the steering wheel is crooked, I asked for a straight steering wheel and no tilting! But after I picked up the car for the second time, I was shocked! I didn't understand why they were going through my car? What were they looking for? All my stuff was upside down! It's weird when you give your car away and then someone else goes through it to steal something. Good thing I took my valuables before I gave the car away. I didn't expect anything like that! It's very unpleasant. And they changed all the settings on my car! Changed absolutely everything that could be changed in the settings! Maybe he was angry that he had to straighten the steering wheel? I don't know what moved him or why he did it! After this, I don't want to take my car in for repair anymore because I don't know what to expect. What if next time they unscrew a tire or mess something up. I'm paying for the work, not for them to go through my stuff and change settings! So my advice is to look for another service station or take all the stuff out of your car!
I brought the supplies to Mulder for a tuneup which only consisted of changing oil, filter, spark plugs and air filter. They charged $250 for labor. This is extremely disappointing for there is no way it should.be that expensive for the little work they did. I will not be bringing vehicle back to them nor will I be able to recommend them in good faith.
Extremely friendly and super accommodating, even in a swamped day time was made to get me in and out as fast as possible. 10/10 I couldn't recommend them more.
I’ve worked a lot with Matt recently with various car issues due to normal wear and tear. As a woman I’m usually pretty skeptical about walking into repair shops and getting scammed but Matt is someone I trust. Matt was more than willing to work with my father over the phone and was quick to respond to him as well. They have gotten me in within very reasonable time frames. They also have picked up my car for oil changes and return it before I get off work. They seem to have a great team!
Inquired about a car online. I called since Noone responded and was told someone would contact me about the car. Never heard a word from anyone. Tried to call a few more times and never reached anyone. Must not needed to sell a 30k car.

Matt & his co-workers are straight up when we discuss my car needs or if I can wait for what my car(s) need. Things get done right. Mulder Oil attempts to meet my time needs if they can which has been critically helpful over the years. Recommend going to them.

Mulder Auto has been servicing our vehicles for the past few years, and we have always had good experiences. Recently, one of our vehicles surprised us with low tire pressure. Mulder squeezed us in the next day, patched up our tire, and provided us with replacement recommendations. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciate their help!
I have also been impressed by the way the staff at Mulder go above and beyond to vacuum and wash our vehicles after working on them. I have never experienced this at other auto body shops and it stands out to me as great customer service!

Bought a vehicle from them a little over a month ago, its broken down twice now. The first time is cost me 1000 dollars to fix it. Its currently in the shop now, I pray it doesn't cost too much to fix it this time. I am a single mom with a special needs child and only make 10 dollars an hour. They should be ashamed of themselves to sell me such a terrible vehicle. Guess I'll be walking to work after spending my whole tax return on a terrible car from them.
Offered to tape a broken window motor rail, I declined for them to do so when it fixes nothing and only serves for them to charge you 35 dollars for tape and taking off a panel. They did so anyways and charged me. This is such a scam.
We took our car there after getting a free check from O’Reilly’s. They assured us they could fix it. They were on able to do so and then charged us almost $40 to do the same engine check that we got done for free elsewhere. We will never be taking a car back there again.
Scott and Matt are easy to work with and have helped me with a flat tire, dead battery and even delivered my vehicle after a service job when I was rushed for time. Excellent service ever time.
I work in the area, so I called and they picked up and dropped off my car at my work location. I was able to pay over the phone. Didn't even have to take time out of my workday.
