Excellent customer service, willingness to lend a hand, and honesty. I called C & H Body Repair earlier this week frantically looking for a reputable business that knows vehicles to give us a second opinion on a used vehicle we were considering buying in the area. (We had driven an hour and twenty minutes from home to look at the vehicle and our mechanic was unavailable that afternoon). Aaron was so kind and helpful. He said while they don’t have a formal process, I could absolutely run it by and he’d be happy to take a look and give me his opinion. When we arrived, he walked around the vehicle, described in detail what he looks for / what he was seeing, and gave us his honest opinion. Aaron thank you for taking time out of your day to do this for us! We are so very appreciative.
Aaron and his team at C&H Body Repairs are really polite and very professional. I got send into the field after being blown off the road due to a bad storm. I called them and they send someone right away to help pull my car out of the ditch. They’re very accommodating and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them for my future towing needs. They’re awesome to work with and Aaron is a really chill guy. If you ever need a tow I strongly advise you call them and ask for Aaron. A couple of years ago, a rock hit my windshield, I brought my car to C & H to have it fixed and they did an excellent job. To anyone in Northwest Iowa looking for affordable, high quality, and quick body repair I highly recommend C&H Body Repair in Orange City. My front bumper got hit and most places were booked out months in advance but C&H was able to fit me in quickly and repaired it within a couple days of receiving my vehicle. It looks better than new now and Owner, Aaron Huizenga, was great to work with through this process. Highly recommend to anyone needing body repair.

Totaled my car in a snow storm. C&H made a bad day good. We did not not even get cold they were so fast getting us off the road and in the shop. He did not even call me an idiot for driving in the snow.
I was so pleased with the communication, work and extra diligence it took to have my car repaired. I needed my car towed from north of Sioux Center. Waited two hours on the side of the road for AAA to send a tow truck. Tired of waiting, I started calling around and someone recommended C & H.
I called the shop and within 30 minutes the car was loaded up and we were on our way back to town. The communication was great, everyone was friendly, and the price was more than reasonable.

Hands down the best body shop I’ve encountered. Aaron and his crew are nothing short of fantastic. Not only is their work top tier, the service is next to none. Aaron went above and beyond what was required when he completed the body repairs on our Toyota. He handled all the insurance paperwork for us, as well. C&H is our 'go to' shop for towing and auto body repairs.

I got stuck in a ditch due to my own bad decisions while at work and they came and got me out of this sticky situation and were quick efficient and very understanding. If I get in a bad situation I’ll call them first before anyone else. They were fair priced and not out to run anyone through the grinder.

I hit a deer and did a lot of damage. Towing showed up quickly, and they were honest with their estimate. They worked very well with my insurance through a lot of back and forth on whether insurance would repair my car or total it. I can't say enough about how friendly, open and honest they were. Will trust them again with my next car if the need arises.

I was stuck in a ditch after the snow and ice settled into a county road. I was approximately ten minutes away from Orange City. The people were very accommodating and calm considering the situation. He arrived fairly quickly and provided clear instructions to help me get out of the ditch. The gentleman treated me respectfully and not like a child. I am very thankful for their help.
We had traveled to Iowa, and shortly after leaving our destination to head home we ran into major car troubles. Being over 250 miles away from home we didn't have many options to have friends or family come and help us. C&H was top notch in customer service with helping us get to a safe spot off of the highway, towed us to their shop until hours later we finally found a way to get home. Everyone of the employees there were friendly as could be! I never want troubles like this again but if I do I would call C & H in a heart beat!!
In the last year our family has used the services of C & H Body Repair. The first instance was an evening last winter when we hit a deer. It was a scary experience and we were very pleased with the speed and efficiency of C & H. Our truck was not drivable and had to be towed in. We were so pleased with the professional service and the amazing results. The truck looks great! Our second incident was a month ago when we were involved in a fender bender. Again, the speed and efficiency of the repair was great and the van looks amazing. We really appreciate the customer service and professional care given to our vehicles. C & H is a great company to work with.
Today, on my way back from spring break, I hit ice, sludge, and who knows what else and wound up in a ditch. To be honest, I was kind of freaked out. There was no way I was getting out of there any time soon. An elderly gentleman stopped and gave me the number for C & H. Soon they were helping me get back onto the highway. I had no idea what I was doing and at certain times, I most definitely made their job harder, but they didn't mention it. They were very friendly and reassuring about the whole thing. And extremely efficient.
I don't ever plan on being in the same situation, but as cheesy as this sounds, if I end up needing a tow, I sure as heck hope I can call the same people at C & H. Not only do they do good work, but they also make people like me who wind up in ditches 2.5 miles from their destination feel less like idiots.☺
