These guys went above and beyond! My car had a major issue on the 80 and I stopped in to see if they would look at it. They kindly informed me that they would be happy to help- even though they don’t usually work on cars. They took off my skid plate immediately and didn’t charge me. Problem solved. They were friendly, kind and helped me in my time of need. Thank you!!
I was given an estimate of about three hours to get a tire. So far it’s been five hours. I will update again later. By the way, when I called the person who answered the phone totally snapped at me when I was calling to check up on the three hour estimate that I have been promised. Not a big deal. I just wanted an update cause if it was gonna be longer I wanted to go inside for a minute.
Update: we got in here after eight hours 10 minutes of waiting. It has now been 10 hours and 20 minutes and they said that they’re about to bring out the paperwork for me to sign.
0 OF 10. Service manager said wait in the line (10-20 minutes) For headlight bulb replacement (waiting 6 hours in the line) after service manager said sorry you need stay in the line and waiting tomorrow morning. Don't waste time TRUCKING COMPANIES!!!
Freightliner M2 Business Class (box truck)- oil pan gasket replaced, oil breather return tube, AC compressor and dryer replaced, premium pm, windshield wipers replaced and blinker replaced.
All of the techs and ladies at the service counter were amazingly helpful, fast and efficient. The truck was returned with all service requested items completed. They communicated with us through the process and were patient with the many questions.
Waste of time going to the repairs. Their hours are vague, they barely work, and they barely make contact with the people looking for service 🙄. No wonder I never see the repairs busy with crowded trucks.
I understand not letting the customer bully you, but when you abuse it to the point where you barely work.....well that's just sad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this repair service. You WILL waste your time. Go to Loves ❤️, at least you'll waste time ⏲️ in line while being serviced.
SO VERY HAPPY! Between Marco and Brenden, these guys knocked it out of the ballpark! Marco installed a "universal" air line box. On an older truck, as mine is, universal was kind of stretching things. Marco persevered and got the box latched down PERFECTLY! Brenden traced the wires on the spare switch from the dash to the back of the cab and got the dual revolution (red to purple) LED's wired in. Then he replaced the aged built-in lights on the back of the cab with dual revolution LED's and wired them in. FABULOUS COMMUNICATION with both Marco and Brenden. It was a real pleasure having these two TOP NOTCH TECHNICIANS work on my truck. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!
Be careful with this shop if you have any engine repairs. They have less experience in diagnostic and fixing engines. They are only good in towing.
I spent $4800 with same issue even worse.. I took my truck to different shop and the problem was fixed less than an hour for $900 .
Called shop to see about a lube and they said we'd get right in. Show up and they say it'll be several hours. I don't know why people can't just tell the truth.
I got to the service center at the walcot location at 430pm on a Sunday afternoon to get a tire repaired the lady at the desk told me it would be an hour wait to get my truck in. And now at 1am I was told that they don't have a repair tech until 8 am Monday morning. Don't say you are 24 hour shop when you are not.
They took me right in for a water fuel filter, lube, one tire change. The price was just under 130 bucks with my filter. I may have gotten lucky on fast service. But luck or not it works for me.
First off I'm not a big fan of ANY T/A! They always give you these outrageous times to fix your problems like they're so busy and the service bays are empty! But this particular T/A they are sooo rude! They really need to work on their customer service skills! I'd advise anyone don't come here for any truck repair because you're going to wait forever and you're going to deal with employees with smart mouths and attitudes!
bought 9galons of oil, paid $462 and they refused to help me to take it to my truck, just dropped at the door outside, and they was about 4 people at the cashier desk, ohh cmon, shame on you!!!
This place is a joke, it says open 24hrs. Yes they open 24hrs, but work only 8-10hrs. Stopped on Saturday night get my tire patched, because I coughed a screw and had slow leak, they told me maybe in 12 hrs they could get to me and in mean time shop is empty. At the entrance to truck stop there is a big sign, shop, fast repair etc, fake news
This place is the worst at getting anything done to your truck. About a month ago I stopped by to get some lights fixed and was told that they would get me in the garage in 36-40 HOURS. Obviously I left and figured it was a fluke. Today I had a flat tire and needed them to swap out my spare tire. This was around noon on Saturday. I was told that they could get to me Monday morning. Seriously?? What a joke
3 strikes and your out. will probably never come here again. Unless it's my last resort. 1st strike longer then told wait but got repaired 2nd 30+ hour wait 3rd got told 4 hours woke up the next morning no phone call at all. Left and went somewhere else...never got a call ever. If your gonna have a truck repair dont.lie to customers and then never call them
I give a couple of stars because the service people were really nice. But I was highly disappointed and the way they treated my time. They gave me an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the day before, to have a satellite installed on my tractor. But they never called me at 8:00. At about 8:45 I called them and they told me it wouldn't be until late afternoon until they get me in. What these people failed to understand is I'm on a schedule myself. I couldn't wait so I had to leave. Which means they lost $629 for the satellite, $150 for the amount and whatever labor they would have charged me to install it. You have to understand we are on schedules. And when you break your schedule and don't even tell us about it it makes you guys look really bad. Makes me wonder should I ever bring my truck there if I ever break down!. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with your scheduling system. Don't tell somebody that you can do it at a certain time and then don't come through with it
they say open at night but that's wrong! at night it's only to check in your truck and you wait until the morning, when you ask when they open they tell you an answer like a robot, sometime mid morning. check in at 5:00 am they called me at 12:30 pm to repair. it makes no sense
Pulled in at 1530 with a serious issue on my truck was told a couple of hours. Three hours go by I find out how much longer now I hear some song and dance about small issues turning into big problems with trucks ahead of me still a couple of hours. Here it is 5hrs later all the truck service bays are empty and still no call. Okay that very poor customer service if you don't want to work on it until morning THEN SAY SO!!! Misleading the customs is unacceptable and ultimately costs TA money but these folks are paid by the hour and it's obvious they don't care about the customer's time or lost revenue. I can't recommend or ever use the shop at this location again. Suggestion to corporate would be to dress down and act like a driver needing service so you know how we're being treated. 😔
Very busy waited 12 hrs to get thaw out on the trailer. They didn't put any antifreeze in the service line and 20 minutes later down the road the trailer brakes looked up again. I repaired it with a few ounces down the service line.
Apparently the real mechanics go home for the night and leave the kids to play in the shop. From bugging my driver to repeatedly rev the engine just to hear the pipes and a complete lack of professionalism I have a better understanding of who is willing to work the night shift. Those boys need to learn to be respectful of drivers and their trucks by keeping their mouths shut and their minds on their work.

Stopped for marker light on top of tanker, out. Was riveted in, 35 minutes, bill paid, done.
Following week, scheduled an oil change pm, 2.25 hrs done

Was here yesterday the 1st of June, made an appointment to get a PM done on my trailer for 8:00 am on the 2nd, because they were busy. It's now the 2nd at 10:45 still no service. Have been in there a few times and still nothing. I've watched 14 other truck's come in and get serviced.. When is it going to be my turn?. Because of this have decided that I will not be using this service from any TA. I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you and have a great day 😡
Checked on Wednesday at 7pm it is currently Thursday at 6am. Was told I would be called at 4am go up there at 4am and Vince is taking other trucks ahead of me. Was told I would be next at 4am it’s 2 hours later. Mind you I was told yeah go and park and I’ll call u in an hour at 4am. SERVICE IS THE SLOWEST I have ever seen it and do not want to do business here I have no clue why. My company decided to start getting PMs thro TA truck service. It’s so depressing, if u can avoid it avoid it.
UPDATE: Vince says I’ll definitely be out of there by 8 am. It’s still after 6am have not even pulled into a bay. I still need a full Ultimate PM. N yes he knows that.
Waiting 13 hours to get a water leak and ac checked for leaks is not good business. Still waiting for someone to look at my truck in bay 7. I was checked in at 2130, it is now 1300 the next day. Update: they have found the parts needed, but now they won't start till the next shift which starts at 1630
