Definitely worth the trip from St.louis area. Prices were very fair. I didn't see anything that was way over priced. I actually bought a couple struco and Buddy L peices. The ladies working were funny and very helpful

Hello antique archeology, and all the professionals who have helped you to become the best in your business. I saw your first show on Jan 18, 2010 here in California it aired at 6:00pm just as we were getting ready to have dinner thankfully dinner at 6pm was running a little late so flipping through the channels I saw your show starting. The show was different from the same ol same old stuff. I liked what I was watching so I asked my wife to hold dinner until it was over. I've been a fan since then. I've watched and learned so much from the show. I was excited when you opened your store in Nashville I thought that was great. Danielle you did a really awesome job in finding the right location it fit right in with what you do. ? To Danielle,,, Frank and Mike were a great team and true friends. To Mike and to everyone there, my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your friend Frank Fritz. He went way to Early but lived an extraordinary life. Not everyone finds a TRUE friend who they can share the early years and their goals and their lot in life with. Mike the two of you started a fantastic journey together and the best thing you guys did was to bring Danielle Colby into the mix. She was a big part of putting you and antique archeology on the map. Her incredible skills on finding the leads, getting to the people and putting you guys in the right place was extraordinary. Danielle you are every business owners dream employee and friend. They were so incredibly lucky to have had you as part of the team. The three of you were the perfect mix for a successful business and a wild live life together God bless you all and may you continue to prosper. Im getting up in years and will most likely never get a chance to visit you there in LeClaire Iowa. But I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you Mike, Danielle and Robbie, also the silver fox, Mike Medford, Jersey John and all the rest of you people for 16 years of wonder, taking me along on the hunt and finding all the peices of America. One piece at a time. Ha, ha, I could go on fro hours but it would all lead to.... THANK YOU my TV is set to the history channel and nothing else. And I love it !! Thanks for taking me along on your journey ? God bless and long life to you all. Sincerely a real fan and friend. Ralph Chavez of Fontana California USA??

It is a unique experience. We actually saw Mike and helped him carry patio furniture across the street to his AirB&B. Mike is just as friendly on person as he is on TV, and so are the people that work there

July 2019. LeClaire, Iowa Antique Archaeology Store Was Excellent place to Visit since my Wife and I watched their Pickers TV Show regularly then. Bought a few souvenir items including a license plate PICKERS on it and put in my laundry room. Had lunch at an old style restaurant in LeClaire with view of the Mississippi River. 35 years earlier, I lived and worked in nearby Davenport, Iowa in the auto parts business. Wonderful place to live and see the 4 Seasons of Weather.

Stopped in on a side quest while I was at a conference in Davenport. Super cool to see the original shop, but both buildings really don't have a lot of the "picked" items in them anymore. It really is more like a "merch" shop for the show, and Mike, now. You can tell they send most of the good stuff to Nashville, but it was neat to see. Never realized how close to the Mississippi River their shop was. More of a gift shop now for fans of the show now.

Awesome finally got to see this place and grab some shirts and stickers at the store, I’ve watching the series since it came out, plenty of memorabilia from the show and places to take photos, We will be back!!!

We visited Antique architecture with a two fold purpose. First and foremost, was that we are fans of the show. I assumed the place would be packed with goods like large signs that we display on our garage. I was disappointed to find the store mostly dedicated to selling store memorabilia like cups, stickers and small signs. There was items for sale, but a variety of things that seemed more display pieces than for sale. Anyway, I was glad we stopped. Disappointed in the selection.

Such an awesome store. I've watched American Pickers since the beginning so it was neat to see the store and get some souvenirs. Staff was engaging and energetic. Definitely recommend and will definitely return

A few years ago, while traveling through the Midwest, I found myself in Central Illinois and decided to make the two-hour drive to LeClaire, Iowa to visit Antique Archaeology—the home base of the TV series American Pickers. Although none of the familiar faces from the show—Mike Wolfe, the late Frank Fritz, Danielle, or Robbie—were there during my visit, it was still a fun experience. The shop is definitely geared toward fans of the show, with lots of souvenir-style merchandise and a handful of antiques featured on the series available for purchase. There are also some cool collectibles on display that aren’t for sale, which adds to the museum-like vibe. LeClaire itself is a little river town, and the Buffalo Bill Museum nearby makes it an even more worthwhile stop. If you're a fan of American Pickers, it's definitely worth checking out. And hey—maybe you'll get lucky and run into one of the cast members when you go!

Stopped in for a quick peek on a recent road trip, spent 2 hours... Great curation of antiques and new branded items for Antique Archaeology. We picked up some swag and got back on the road. They have two buildings full of stuff and most of the antiques were for sale and mostly one of a kind or harder to find items. Some of it was NFS. Parking can be a little scarce. Great stop for us and worth going a few minutes out of the way.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit. We were able to check off our bucket list. The whole area has a lot of different shops & places to explore in Le Claire, IA. Highly recommend.

We stumbled onto this driving home from a trip ! When we realized it was from the tv show we have watched we stopped! It’s got some truly unique high end pieces ! Lots of commercial merch from the show ! Was a bit disappointed there wasn’t more to look at and “pick” shop ! Love vintage/antiquing but did not expect such large pieces and less variety Overall cute and can say we were there !

I had a great time visiting the shop and reminiscing about some key items from the TV show. It’s an antique shop with some swag for fans, nothing more. Keep your expectations reasonable and you’ll get a real kick out of the shop and local scene. We went straight to the river and had a great lunch.

I’ve always been a huge fan of the show. I’ve also been to the TN location. Iowa is a pretty small place. The second outside building was a nice addition. I felt there was so much Merch (show t-shirts, hats, glasses, etc) displayed everywhere, that it took away from the displaying of the actual antiques. Maybe have just 2 places for show merchandise and let the treasures shine more? It is decorated so cute inside and outside, let it shine more. :)

Super fun place!!! We arrive 6 minutes before close( gps messed up) and the two ladies were in no hurry to move us along. If you are a fan of the show you will see many items that have been on the show. It is interesting the price picked is waaaay different than their sale price. Of course they need to make a profit but jeepers. Ended up buying some stuff but wished I could have bought more. Great place to shop and see some unique items. Go!!!

We were unaware that this existed in LeClaire IA. Always looking for quaint towns to visit, we saw LeClaire in a brochure. The town's info center told us about lots of fun things, including this place. Fans of their earlier TV series, we went to check it out. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be. Some fascinating things to see or even purchase. Also, show related souvenirs. A fun and quirky little stop.

We really enjoyed our stop here. Some things you’ve seen them buy on the show and tons of other items from $5 to thousands. Parking can be on the street or there are 5 spots once you turn in. You can see the Mississippi from the parking lot as seen in one of the photos. The staff were very nice.

Great place to visit if you're a fan of American Pickers, it's very clean and neat because they still film new episodes there. I like their t-shirts & stickers, staff was very polite and evenly told me about Franks recovery progress. I will be back soon,LaClaire is a beautiful little town on the Mississippi River.

This place is very neat to visit. Let me get this off my chest first... This store is part of a TV show! Of course, there is going to be show merch! You came because of the show to begin with, or you would have driven right past. There are many items here that have been picked during the show. You probably pay much more for some other merch you purchase. There is a mix of merch and actual antiques. Personally, I love the place, and the staff was top-notch! Take time to look in the original building as well. This is a place of history. There is so much to see here. If you think it is overpriced, I suggest you pick your own antiques! That is fun too!

Wow, very neat store with some excellent displays and things to b buy. Fun to look around. Cool stuff. If you like the tv show American Pickers, this is them. Another location in Nashville. This store in Iowa is just minutes off the freeway.

The store is literally 5-10 minutes off the interstate and very easily accessible. This is a TELEVISION SHOW location! There are souvenirs for the show and some items they’ve picked that are for sale. If you are looking to pick through lots of rusty gold go do what Mike & Frank do… this is more of an homage to the show which I enjoyed immensely with my 7 year old daughter.

I like how Google calls it a souvenir store. That's exactly what it is, I knew that going there, I was not expecting to see Mike or Danny. I did not by the way. It is small nestled above a gas station and across from the Mississippi. BUT if you like the show they do have some cool stuff to look at yes all the "picked" are over priced but cool to look. Its mostly a nicy decorated gift shop, I got a shirt and a pin. Took some nice pictures outside and then went to the Buffalo Bill Muesum. Mike Wolfe also has his Two Roads brand items for sale in the store, it is all high quality made in the USA, I was able to get a nice T-Shirt 100% Combed cotton and a nice Beanie both were on sale which was even better. But I also got an antique Archology shirt as well, even tho the two roads is a better quality shirt.

This place looks bigger on TV, parking with a trailer is hard. Still, it's a cool place to visit! Staff was nice. Merch was typically overpriced, but eh... It's not a big deal.

It was neat to see many of the items that they have picked on the shows! The larger facility was not open to the public when I went due to shooting part of the show but the smaller shop was so quaint. The staff were super helpful and friendly!

It’s cool when you pull up and recognize the store and the old car out front. It’s pretty cool in both stores recognizing the picks from various episodes. This store is more recognizable than the Nashville store and it’s a good way to spend an hour or so. Lots of souvenirs to purchase. I was kind of hoping Mike would be there. But again we missed him. Nobody was at the Nashville store either about a year ago. Still if you’re a fan of American Pickers this is a cool stop if you’re in the area. Also, LeClaire is beautiful too!!!

We went to the Nashville store back in April and on this trip, we were on our way home from Mt Rushmore and passing through so we just HAD to stop here as well! The staff here was super friendly and helpful. We had a great time looking around, seeing which items we remember seeing on the show :) Picked up a few souvenirs here too!
