Just had my suspension repaired and new tires installed. All the rattles and "looseness" in the front end are gone and the new tires are great. Now the ride is great, smooth and quiet. Awesome local shop. I highly recommend them. Always on the spot with excellent value, top notch service, and they get the job done in a timely manor. Great value for dollars spent. I have taken our vehicles to Bent River the past few years and found that trust worthy relationship most people look for when service is needed. Mike and Leah are good and friendly people and have always taken care of any issues we had with our cars. Full confidence repairs will be diagnosed and fixed correctly.
I brought my Jeep in for a speed sensor replacement. They called me to give me a quote, it came out to 254$ for a 40 dollar part and 15 minutes of labor. The office lady told me it would take 0.06 hours of labor for the install and 0.08 hours of labor for the diagnostic that totals out to 14 minutes. Then when I call back to tell them I don’t want them to work on on my vehicle the manager I assume answered and proceeded to tell me that the diagnostic labor would take 30 minutes and the install labor would take 45 minutes. Completely different from what the office lady told me. I told him I already YouTube how to put the part in and it took me all of 7 mins to install correctly with the part costing 27$. If you’re looking to get bent over on price I would go here they’re mark up for at the most a 30 min job is 254$ dollars. #scam

Last week we were in the Quad Cities from Wisconsin. On the way home I noticed the low tire light on and stopped to put air in it. To make a long story short, there was a hole in the tire. We called Bent River and they got us in immediately. Unfortunately the tire wasn't able to be repaired but they did what they could right away to get us on our way so we could make it home. Thank you for the awesome and friendly service. You helped with a situation that could have been much worse and we appreciate everything you did! I wish we lived closed - you would be our go to place from now. I can not recommend this business enough!
This place is wonderful and a good place to do business at. Contrary to a lot of places, they won’t sell you what you don’t need. They are wonderfully accommodating and they keep their word when it comes to appointment times. All in all, it is a very honest and respectable business.

Just stopped in to get my lug nuts tightened on my car after changing my tire. They were super friendly and did it with no problem. Free of charge.....but I still tipped. They definitely will get my service in the future. Thanks!!!
Only shop I will take my vehicles to. If you are looking for a shop that will be honest with you, will not try to convince you that unnecessary repairs are needed, are more than fair priced, and are extremely knowledgeable, this is where you go. Being a female, sometimes when you take your vehicles to a repair shop, some are known to take advantage of you. I never feel this when I take my vehicles to Bent River. They treat you like family and look out for you and your vehicles. Best service I have experienced in YEARS of automotive repairs.
Dishonest business. What you will witness here is profound unprofessionalism, false promises & unwillingness to extend customer service when warranted (under premise of being too busy). Nothing but lies, disappointment, frustration & overcharges will result.
Can't thank these folks enough for the great service! Got into a jam with a bad Valve stem on my tire and they were able to get me right in and back on the road within a hour a+++++ service! Thanks again!
They fixed a gas leak in my 2000 subaru a couple months ago and its been running great since then. They didnt try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services, would reccommend.
They fix the air condition of my car and fix the front panel that hadn’t been working for a long time now my seats heat up nice and warm everything works it’s just like when I first bought it thank you so much great job !
I think I figured out why they got ran out of Davenport.
Yes, they are really expensive, Yes, customer service is absolutely horrible. But, the worst part of it is... they are crooks. They are nice to you, when you are a potential customer.... slowly, you discover what they are... Diagnosed problems, high bill, but nice little family, so I returned. Every time , just a few days, and something else is bad.... again, expensive as hell.
This went on for the last couple of years. What makes it even worse is they wont stand behind their work or their highly marked up parts...

By accident, I came across this business and glad I did. Had a major engine break down that left me strained. The owners went above and beyond to assist me with all obstacles. Great friendly service. Because of the service I received, I've now found my forever auto repair and service shop. Thank you for what you do. P.S. Agus is adorable.
I could not recommend this place more highly. We were on our way to the quad cities for dinner and a movie for my birthday and had a big problem. They fixed the other mechanic's (Clinton auto group) screw up. They were fast and very friendly, someone even came and lead us to their shop from the gas station.
I needed to get a new PTU unit put on my Mariner. Went to other shops and they were charging up the yin yang for it, with the part too. I sourced my part and found it at a fraction of a cost of what a shop wanted and even autozone. Gave BRA a call and he put it in right away. He worked outside his listed working hours for me and got everything done in less than a day. He charged half the price for his work than other shops. People say, you get what you pay for. But I got more than what I paid for. Quality work. Great people, great service, great price. What more can you ask for?
Purchased four new tires here. And the service was great. Later, I was having an issue with my car that Mike fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price I’ll take my car back should I have any other issues or am looking for another car. Easy to work with and personable, I highly recommend this business.
