Provided all the details of my vehicle on first interaction. 2 days later the value I was quoted was reduced by 17%. They claimed they misunderstood me even though we reviewed the information twice. I received 10 phone calls over the next 3 days hassling me at work from different people asking to review the same information after I asked them not to.
Great experience. Martha was able to offer more for our car than other auto salvage companies. They picked up the car the next day and provided a check on the spot.
They were quick to respond and picked up the car around my schedule which was great. The only part that I was a tad unhappy with was the original quote online and the one over the phone was $150 difference which isn't that big of a deal, just didn't realize they quoted differently.
This place was great. I called around and they gave me the most for my totaled car. When the tow truck came the driver was VERY nice and I didn't have to do anything but hand over the keys and title. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
The rating would not be a 5 star if it not for Jannie. She was very helpful and seemed to go out of her way to help get me a more fair price for my car. Also the way she explained the process of signing the title worked well.
Easy process- answered every question and sold the car quick at a good price. They picked the car up the following morning with a flatbed truck and with a Bank of America check in hand. No problem cashing at bank. Would use this business again..100% satisfied
Didn't pick up first day of pickup date,we called late that evening about 6:30. The person that answered had no idea. They did pick up next day,good thing we were home. Office needs help,or revamped.
Was super easy to set up. Driver came out at time expected . Called couple times with updates. Got check in hand and watched my car leave. Cashed check with no problems. Id do it again if I needed to . And I got more then I thought I would for the vehicle
I drove gf to and from work for 4 days until they got car. One person blamed on it on hydrolic lines, and another one blamed me for not making an appointment; which is false. Spent 8 hours driving for this.seems ridiculous. Almost didn’t show up on 4 th day because of “hydrolic lines” again. Guy was friendly. Kim was good.
Had an offer accepted through cash for cars online. They set up a day and time frame to pick the vehicle up but never showed up. When I phoned, they said that a time should not have been promised. Apparently, You're just supposed to wait around, at home, for days,in case someone calls. Very unprofessional. Sold car elsewhere...and for more.
Service worked as advertised. The staff member from Cashforcars was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
After the bid was provided for the purchase price of the car, the towing company called me and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle. Within 48 hours, a tow truck driver picked up the car and presented with a valid check, for the exact amount quoted . Towing was at no charge.
The Towing company was not as efficient. Didn’t call prior to pickup and had to return another day for pickup. But, after several calls and two trips they did pick up the car and did have valid check in hand. Communication with the tow company and after sale, cashforcars, could of been better coordinated.
To pushy needed money then. Not as tax credits charitable donations Which yes if I was rich then yes I would have done it for 500$ charitable donations and 100$ vouch towards restaurants and then a 2-3night stay at one of their 3* hotels they are contracted with. So honestly if you're in that position then this is a good deal for you at least it seemed like!
