Mason showed up on time and took care of everything without any issues. Really appreciated his friendly and professional approach. Would definitely use again.
Waiting on the side of the interstate at 2am for over an hour. Called back for an update to find out they extended my 60 minute pick up time until Noon the next day. No courtesy call to inform me of the status update and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. Awful customer service. Would not recommend using this company!!!!
Arrow is a 3rd party towing dispatch. They are a pain to work with, call you at 1:30am to ask about your towing experience. Over charged, with a $280 service fee. Other reviews are bogus reviews.
