I had some car issues on a road trip from Sioux City, IA to Des Moines, IA. I was close to an hour outside of Council Bluffs and was in a panic! I could not be more grateful for the incredible customer service and compassion I received from Nikki and Brandon. Nikki was such a reassurance when I called to see if they were able to help and her kindness carried over a phone call. Brandon was prompt and communicative the entire time, and even provided great conversation on the ride back to Council Bluffs! I was SHOCKED when I heard the final price as it was much lower than I thought it was going to be. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is need of their services! While I hope I don’t need them again, I do hope they continue to provide the EXCEPTIONAL service, just like I received this evening!
I called, obviously frustrated and panicking cause my car just broke down. Lame, I know. The gentleman who answered my call was professional, understanding and communicated all details to me... They we're there promptly and the price was WAY less than I thought it would be. 10 out 10 will use again if I need to, fingers crossed I do not though :)
My battery was dead when I went to leave work, and Connor saw that I was struggling to get it started. He did not hesitate to pull over and help me! Awesome job Connor. Will definitely recommend and use this tow company again!
Being on the side of the road sucks! Jake was timely, his truck smelled good and his taste of music was perfect!! Unfortunately expensive morning turned out to set expectations and a nice ride back home. Give the man a raise or a gift card or something!

Absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone! Connor has always been a great guy and even better in the towing industry/service. Never hesitates to help out. I had gotten a flat tire and was on the side of the highway with my 4 year old and he was quick to show up and had us on our way within 20 minutes. My spare was flat as well so he made sure it was aired up and good to go!!
I think this is the second time I've needed their services, and they knocked it outta the park both times! Jake helped me just today (11/11) getting my car jumped and dropped off at the mechanic - he even gave advice on what the issue might be with my battery that just keeps dying when I asked, plus insurance advice which I never would have thought about. The job was SO fast, I'm thoroughly impressed.
Called River’s Edge Towing in the afternoon to tow a motorcycle from one garage to another. They were out in 30 minutes and Brandon handled the bike with care. Very quick and showed up when they said they would. Very much appreciated Brandon made the task less stressful than I was expecting.
Hands down the best service around. Connor was at my vehicle in less time than I was estimated. Got my truck dropped off to my house is no time. Will highly recommend to others.
I can’t say enough good things about this towing company! After I hit a curb and completely ruined two of my tires, I was stranded and stressed. On the worst day possible. My transmission went out on I-80. I walked to the gas station and made a call to Rivers edge towing. Jacob showed up in less than 30 minutes. He made sure I made it home safely. He was professional and went above and beyond his duties as a tow truck driver. I highly recommend him and this company. Was stuck on the side of the highway and called every where with no luck, thankfully Dayton was ready and was able to get me in a timely manner so I could make it to work on time! Highly recommend! Very polite and professional! If I ever need a tow again I know who to call! Might I add! Low car friendly aswell!

Me and my girlfriend had our tire and donut blow out on I80. We made it up the exit ramp, and were stuck there for an hour waiting for a new tire. Connor pulled up on his way home, and with no hesitation offered to tow us. He's a great guy, and thanks to him we were able to get back on the road with our new tire. Prices were great too!
I was having a bad week already, then it got worse. I went out to cope and my car broke down at a gas station. I called Rivers Edge Towing made an appointment for pick up, they we're very helpful and affordable! I being myself, fell asleep and miss all of their calls. I woke up the next morning and my car was there! They went above and beyond for me, in a time I really needed it and they didnt even know it. The only towing company I will be using from now on. I was in a car accident and needed to tow my vehicle to the repair shop. Called and they came quick! Nick took great care of hooking up my vehicle, was fast and friendly. Broke down outside of Omaha Leaving Fremont from a work Meeting. Absolutely incredibly impressed with the service- They answered on the first ring and head a tow truck to me within (35-45 mins) from Council bluffs during rush hour Traffic.
