Our experience with them was a complete disaster. After buying a car(we live 2 hrs away), they claimed it only needed an alignment, which we noticed was necessary due to a pull during the test drive. We decided to have our family-owned shop perform the alignment, but they discovered extensive repairs costing over $1500. When we contacted Nate stated we would have appreciated better transparency, he dismissed our concerns, stating the car didn’t need any repairs and that the shop were just trying to take our money. A second opinion later confirmed that there were extensive repairs needed, and they were never disclosed. Do not buy from here! Shame on them. They also forgot to return our driver’s license and had to mail it to us. Additionally, they didn’t have us sign the forms correctly, which forced us to drive two hours back to complete the paperwork. While they were flexible about mailing the ID and even agreed to meet on a Sunday for the paperwork, this situation never should have happened in the first place, especially from a professional business. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND AVOID THE HASSEL

I bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Nate. Took it for a test drive and he said it pulled because they just replaced the tie rods and it needs an alignment. I love a few hours away and said I'd get it done myself, no biggie. Took it into the shop and it actually needs $1500 of repairs to the front end. I wouldn't buy from here again.

Buying my vehicle at A3Auto was a great experience! Jeremy, my salesman and the owner Nate were both very friendly, upfront, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Everything felt honest and straightforward, the price was fair, and I never felt pressured. It had that genuine small-town hospitality feel that you don’t always find at bigger dealerships. Easy to work with from start to finish — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I have not an issue with this dealership. Nate was easy to work with. Came to look at another vehicle than the one I bought. I’m happy with my purchase and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to look at them again in the future. I'm going to EDIT....I have read today some of these reviews. Just to see how the business is doing. I may be in the look out for another vehicle. I like to do my homework. I especially like the one that says "A3 Pays customers to leave good Reviews". Well I'm wondering where my payment is? lol. My car I bought my daughter is still running strong. We haven't had ONE issue with it. And I purchased it a couple years ago. Period. I'm still very pleased and so is she. This is a good dealership. And I wouldn't be afraid to use them again!

I had a great experience working with and purchasing a vehicle from Jeremy and Nate. I visited three times to test drive a vehicle, and each time, the two gentlemen were friendly, welcoming, and patient. I would happily recommend this dealership to others searching for a reliable, used vehicle!

My irritation is not so much with the dealership as with the warranty company they use and promote. I bought a vehicle and the salesman spoke of how wonderful the warranty was. What he DIDN'T mention is, if you cancel the warranty, the warranty company deducts the cost of any claims paid out of your refund, + $50 if it's done after 30 days. I'll admit this information is buried in the contract but the salesman should probably put as much effort into giving those types of details as he does promoting the sale of the warranty. To make matters worse, the warranty company sent the check to the dealership but, according to Nate, the refund checks are handled on the 15th and 30th of the month. I will say, the VEHICLE was fine, but I would never purchase another warranty through the company (Prime Protect) this dealership continues to use; especially since they don't point out ALL of the information regarding the warranty. I've since learned, not all warranty companies do that upon a refund!

I got a call back from the wife of the shop to hear some great news! The next few days her husband Nate worked with me to get the car I wanted to get into. Through hard work , determination , and making things meet he got the miracle done! He got me into the car I wanted! This team including Jeremy the salesman was very very helpful! Absolutely amazing dealership!! these guys take very good care of their cars and their customers. they told us how they take deep inspection of every car before they buy, as if they were getting it for themselves or for a loved one. and I respect that so much, and they went absolutely above and beyond, making everything as easy as possible for us when we came and financed one of their cars. These cars are very well taken care of to the point that you couldn't tell that some of them were used. They let us take the car out twice before we financed and even let us take it to our mechanic to ease our minds, and they fully supported that idea with no hesitation. I can’t thank A3auto enough for bringing our search for a new car to an end and making it such a good and easy experience?

Great auto dealer. Only quality vehicles on this lot. We called ahead and when we arrived they had the car completely detailed and pulled inside. It was nice to be able to look over the car without being out in the cold. Nate is a man who stands by his word and his handshake is a promise not just a polite gesture. Very impressed with our experience.

The car had been in an accident and hadn’t been disclosed to carfax but clearly would have been visible to them with the detail. My son didn’t know about the issue as it wasn’t disclosed. He bought it 1 week ago and popped out on him today, looking in you can visibly see glue holding parts of the bumper fog light in. Called Nate and he started off by saying unless the damage is over a certain dollar amount it doesn’t need disclosed and said there is nothing they will do about it and hung the phone up on me. Watch out for this dealership, they do not seem very ethical or willing to work with buyers.

This has been the best experience so far purchasing a new vehicle. They went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed and answered the many questions we had. The most important thing is their honesty. It wasn't a "used car salesman'" atmosphere. It's a family and in this world today of big corporations and the company comes first, this is amazing. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Stellar experience. This was the single best vehicle buying experience of my life. In the past, dealerships have taken up our whole day to make a deal on a vehicle. With our purchase from A3 Auto, my wife and I were in there, did a test drive, finished the paperwork and were back on the road in less than an hour!
