Excellent, trustworthy service. Had a minor scratch on our brand new car, so we wanted to get it taken care of asap. They took care of us right away, explained a couple options and even taught us a little about how we could take care of something similar in the future. They provided exceptional quality service and even got major repairs done a week sooner than planned once they found out we didn’t have a rental vehicle replacement….Jen was in constant communication with me regarding our van which needed a lot of repair after a deer accident. She was extremely generous with her time and knowledge answering all of my questions along the way about the damage and working with insurance. I can’t say enough good things about Bondurant Auto Body. The staff is truly amazing. My truck was in a small fender bender and they quickly got me an estimate for the insurance company and got me scheduled to get it fixed. I really appreciated the text updates. They even stayed a little late so I could pick up my truck after work. They even send a thank you card. The lobby of the shop is pretty sweet too. I highly recommend Bondurant Auto Body and will definitely come here in the future.

I was involved in a hit and run and took my car into Bondurant Auto Body for repairs. They are truly the nicest, most genuine people! I needed some other repairs done in addition to the accident and they explained they’ll do their best to keep the cost low whenever they can. They continued to keep me updated through text to let me know where they were at in the process and to let me know the timing on when it will be finished. When I picked my car up it looked great and the price was exactly as they quoted me. I will always go to Bondurant Auto Body for any repairs, as it’s nice to have a place you can trust you are getting a honest and fair price, and they are also super friendly!

Hands down one of the better customer service experiences I have had in my life. Bondurant Auto Body was timely, transparent with status updates, and completed an exceptional repair on my hail-damaged 2021 Tacoma. From front desk staff, to the shop crew, second to none service and delivery. Plus, the shop is pretty dope too; homely, "Americana" rustic feel. It's my shop of choice, and it should be yours as well!

I recently needed repairs from hitting an animal with my Chevrolet Malibu. I brought my car to Bondurant Auto Body and they were able to get me a quick estimate and helped work things out with insurance. We scheduled the repairs and they were done much sooner than anticipated. They were very helpful through the process, ahead of schedule, and did amazing work!

Our first experience with Bondurant Auto Body was with our International Scout II. The before and after pics speak for themselves. We've returned a couple times for body work after getting hit from behind and again after hitting a deer. The quality of the work they provide, communication and their friendliness is second to none. I have a Porsche 911, it was recently damaged by a rock throwing lawnmower. The drivers door paint was chipped in 3 places, I was sick about it... I took it in and Todd said "I wouldn't paint the whole door (I didn't want to...) he told me he'd get some touch up paint and do it, then sand and buff it. He said "it won't be perfect" but I'm telling you I can't find the spot now! I am so happy I found these people, they treat me like family and their work is the BEST! Thanks Mary and Todd!

The best Body Shop around! I have used many other shops over the years and the folks at Bondurant Auto Body are hands down the best. This was my first experience with them, but they treated me as if I had been doing business with them for years. I needed some work done on my 20 year old truck and I had some particular things I wanted fixed. I am very picky with my vehicles, but the quality of the work was outstanding and the paint was a perfect match! Todd, Mary and the whole team at Bondurant Body are amazing to deal with, they do things the right way and make it a great experience! Go with Bondurant Auto Body and you will not be disappointed!

Todd and Mary were able to get me in quickly for an estimate and to do the repair work. They are very friendly and we’re happy to accommodate my schedule. The repairs were completed quickly and they got me back in my vehicle much sooner than expected. There was no run-around or delays like I’ve experienced with other body shops. The repair work is impeccable and it was an added surprise that they even cleaned the interior of my truck. If I am ever in need of body repair work again, I will be using Bondurant Auto Body.

Its my pleasure to post a comment regarding Bondurant Auto Body. First and foremost was the amount charged for the repair. It was a very fair and affordable rate considering the amount of work performed. That concern was surpassed by their outstanding dedication and professional workmanship, not to mention fast reliable service, (In Monday morning and out Tuesday afternoon). That dedication was also exemplified by the appearance of their shop's cleanliness, safety and overall kindness of all personnel working there. Todd, Mary, Jennifer and everyone we encountered far exceeded our state motto, "Iowa Nice".

The people at Bondurant Auto Body are incredibly nice, personable, and easy to work with. They also do amazing work. My truck came back to me well within the estimated time frame and looked as good as new. The thought and care that went into the repairs was a step above any other shop I have been to for both body work as well as any other vehicle maintenance. They went above and beyond what they promised just to make sure my truck was perfect when it came back to me. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs body work!

I want to thank the great people of Bondurant Auto Body. I was in a minor fender bender. The cosmetic damage on my car was minor but I was mostly concerned about the safety equipment behind the rear bumper. They took 5 minutes of their time, confirmed everything looked good, and sent my on my way. We had a great conversation about our great community and then I was able to head home confident my car was still 100% safe. It is people like Todd and Mary that help confirm Bondurant is a fantastic place with awesome people. Thank you to them both.

I haven’t had any experience with body shops. My son recommended Bondurant Auto body. I’m glad he did. Nice people, knowledgeable and on time. We like to stay local when we can, and we're so glad we did with the folks at Bondurant Auto Body. I did some damage, about 5K worth, to my brand new GMC pick up. The folks here were incredible. Walked me through every single step of the process from the estimate, right through the repair. I think the final cost was a bit below estimate as well. They were great, and since it was new I looked the completed body work over with a fine tooth comb, and I found nothing, not the slightest discrepancy with the work. It was outstanding. They told me the truck would be in better shape than when I drove it out of the dealership, and I have no reason to doubt that statement. These are good folks. I highly recommend them. My only regret is taking too long to get this review completed, and that is on me! If there was a way to put up 6 stars I would.

This was nothing but an all-around positive experience at this auto body shop. All the people who work there are very friendly and accommodating professionals. They are very reasonably priced on their estimates, they do excellent excellent body work and are very punctual on their commitment of when your vehicle will be done. Todd and Mary treat you like family. We have had 4 vehicles repaired at Bondurant Auto Body and we will not go anywhere else. They are easy to work with, treating you with respect and sincerity.
