I am so impressed with this company. I ordered a DVD/Radio unit online for my 2011 Odyssey and unfortunately the DVD part did not function. They had a phone number on the invoice (super rare in itself), so I gave them a call. I spoke with a nice gentleman from the USA and explained the issue. He apologized and said they didn’t have any more in stock, but that he would contact another company they often partner with to see if they had any units. He got back to me and they indeed had one, so they shipped it out to me for free! Wow! The service here is absolutely above and beyond. Do not hesitate to do business with them! ok while i could use them, refused my business after ordering from them twice, had to shop elsewhere then backtrack in the review, i have never declined to provide business docs and was never asked, this review will be changed if the next time i or my salesmen call we are met with the request for the required documents not a full denial of service

I'm from out of state and unfortunately had to junk my car in Ames after engine troubles. I worked with Tom to get my title sent to him since he was taking the car and he made the process super easy, and when I contacted him because I had forgotten to take the plates off the car when I cleaned my stuff out of it, he shipped them to me free of charge rather than taking the cost out of the check they mailed for the car, as well as not charging me for an in-town tow. Awesome guys, really made a stressful situation much easier for me.
I have an old car that is hard to find parts for. I searched on a car parts.com and they had what I needed. I called to confirm they did in fact have it before ordering online. The man who answered the phone was very nice and told me he would go pull it off the car and ship it to me. I was a little sad that shipping was $30, but I received it in like 2 or 3 days and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!
I'm not happy with the service I ordered two parts yesterday after 2:00 and still haven't got a phone call and its 3:44 now there's only two coil packs off of a car it is 4:29 in the afternoon I still haven't received a phone call how long does it take to pull two coil packs off of a car that has been paid for from yesterday

Purchased a good used engine from them, talked with Dug, very helpful and made sure I was getting what I needed. Reasonable pricing and worked with me on the shipping (I’m located a few states away from their location). They even sent me a video of the engine running and it showed up when they said it would, and ran great just like advertised! Will definitely look them up in the future.
Bought a used car hood over the phone. Sales experience was great. I had them ship it to me. It was packaged very well. The shipping company they used was great. It arrived quickly. The part condition was very accurately described. Could not have went better.
I strongly recommend if you need to get rid of your vehicle to call these guys first. I was greeted by a man named Tom (I'm pretty sure that was his name) that's who I worked with and he's extremely nice and personable and was also fair.
from TX we found this place on E-bay. They were very helpful and gave us no trouble when we asked for the second rim when the first one that thy sent us seemed to have a problem. The fact was the first one was not a problem, again, no trouble - just sent the second one back. I was impressed with the ease of working with them.
The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct part you need. This is the second time I have ordered an item from them, and it arrived promptly "two days"! The part resolved my issue with a broken rearview mirror cable for auto dimming and collision alerts. I will highly recommend you to anyone in need of auto parts!

Very unprofessional! Ordered a fender over the phone and verified over and over that it was good with no damage. Drove 2 hours to pick it up and it has deep scratches in the paint. Only customer service offer I got was "well if you don't want it you don't have to take it"
Called today and spoke with Mike looking for a radio for our van and they didn’t have one. I asked if he can provide me with another salvage yard and he recommended Nordstrom’s. I was able to get one through Nordstrom thanks to Mike. You guys rock and thank you for your help.
Sorry at this point all the junkyard is deserved. I was trying to purchase complete dash panel for 2021 E-350 since July 17th. I talked to Doug about it, I talked to multiple people about, one guy even said that there boss won't let them Shipp it (don't know why) and I figure out other way how can I can get that dash out of them. So Doug told me that he will do the quote, because I need everything on that dash they have absolutely everything all the way to the cab metal (dash, bezel, glove box, radio, switches, air docks I mean you name it) Today is July 30th still nothing no quote no response absolutely nothing. So I went in order all those parts from the dealer. In my opinion those kind of workers destroy the businesses.
Tony and his coworkers were a great help purchasing parts for my upcoming project. I at first told them the wrong part, which they pulled and had ready for me, but they had no issue refunding me the money and supplying the part I truly needed. Great team and super helpful. 10/10 would encourage people to get used parts here!

I had been looking for a part for my Isuzu Trooper for months and nobody had it. I called these guys and legit within an hour they called back and had it ready to go, removed from the parts vehicle. And at a super reasonable price. Not only was the part there for me to pick up, they even had all the hardware for it in a bag attached to it. Very impressed at the level of courtesy these guys showed. I will for sure return for more parts in the future even if I had to drive 5 hours there and 5 back hone.
These Guys are amazing!! Every time I’m look for something the have it in one way or another. The online system is awesome to be able to look at a what I’m buying an decide for myself if it’s in good enough condition for what I’m looking for. Paying online and arranging picking up is seem less. I make the further drive even tho there are closer yards just because these guys are always beyond excellent when I call in and the prices are more than fair. Never have I felt that I’ve over paid for anything, most of the time I get it home and feel like I’m stealing it. As long as these guys are around they will be my first stop 100%!!!! From Transmission to an odd interior piece they have it all. Thank You for the outstanding service every time.
