Misa was friendly, prompt, and he got straight to work. He was knowledgeable on our vehicle's issue when loading and made sure it didn't not get damaged.

We had a terrible experience with this shop. Our truck's water pump and belt broke on a Monday two days before Xmas, so we called them and had the truck towed there. They performed the work but severely overcharged us and the truck left the place with a check engine light. The driver went back but was told the mechanic is not there.
Belt and waterpump, 35mile tow quoted $3576
Honestly, it would have been cheaper to tow the truck all the way back to Chicago and fix it in a shop.
On top of that, their payment policies are ridiculous. They only accept EFS and com checks, and if you want to use a debit card, they tack on a 3% fee. When I offered to pay through Zelle, they tried to add another $100+ fee. Completely unprofessional and exploitative. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you can.
Best towing company on I-80 will always work something g out for you. Ever need a tow or got a flat or need jump start let them know. Ypu will be surprised with the Job they do. Amazing workers.

Ran out of fuel on an exit that had no fuel available. Teo was driving by and saw our predicament and brought us fuel promptly. Teo is polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a tow or have work done on their vehicle.
Louis & Willie are a blessing!!! Stuck on the side of I 80 east and at 11 o’clock at night and they came within a half hour instead of telling me looked at my tires discovered it was a flat tire amazing work truly grateful for their service.
The crew over there helped my contractor a great deal. They made a way when there was NO WAY AT ALL. I will use this company again if needed an HIGHLY recommend everyone to use this company when needing a tow. They were swift an quick with getting me taken care of. I would definitely recommend. Got stranded for 2 hours with no power to my commercial truck the temperature outside at the time was -7 and the heavy wrecker driver was quick efficient and friendly. If I remember correctly his name was Poli
