my husband and I got a flat tire on the interstate and Brothers came to our rescue! Josh towed our car back to their shop and got our spare tire on so we could get to a tire shop safely. The service was quick, the people were kind, & we were so grateful to be rescued off i-80!
I had a power divider fail on a Thursday evening I was headed to Milwaukee with a load of supplies for the triathlon .I was able to locate a reman unit. I got in touch with these guys they were able to get me immediately . They are top notch had me in and out by early afternoon !!

Needed my semi winched from the ditch. Called Brothers and another tow company, located across the street from them. Shane at brothers quoted me a fair price the other company refused to give me a price. I chose to go with Shane and his team. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and treated me very fairly! Worst company ever. Really disrespectful. Never on time. Unprofessional workers. Really rude. Got cursed at and they left the job on scene. Had to call a different company. Never prepared. Really poor customer service. Over priced. Very offensive. Wouldn't recommend this towing company to anyone. Will report to anyone needing a tow from them. Big scammers.
Josh helped me out on Sunday when no one else wanted to come out and do the job, he went above and beyond to help us get back on the road, great service!

So it was a beautiful Saturday morning . I get my tea at the gas station every day .I take my dog with me. On this particular day I left my keys in the ignition. Come out to leave and the cars locked thanks to my dog locking it with his paw.I call the husband and he makes the call to get it unlocked . With in 10 minutes I get the call and a gentleman is coming to save me and my dog that's locked in side .lol ?. HE SHOWS UP WITH HIS FAMILY IN THERE VEHICLE.He must have been on call ! They had been fishing .Now I feel really bad to mess up there family time and Saturday .Him and his wife and even little ones were like un effected .I tell them I'm so sorry to mess up there day .The response was it's part of the job .He smiles the wife smiles and the little one even waves from the back *.I would suggest this company to anyone . Such great service ,kindness.and quick service. As this old lady learned her lesson to never leave your keys on the ignition again .lol .. Because your dog can and will lock the doors and will even turn on the hazards light for you .

Very reliable people. They know what they are doing, knowledgeable and very calm and easy to work with. Towing with Zhair and Shop with Josh. I'm talking about #300 towed Wednesday Feb 19 with locked up engine. Definitely a good spot to save if you do 80 in Iowa.
Needed some repair work to my 48 foot flat deck. Bumper was ripped off, they not only repaired it they were very hospitable in regards to letting me park overnight in their yard. I thought it would take all day but they were fast and the work was great. I highly recommend them. As a bonus they have 2 big dogs and one of them is friendly, so if you love dogs he’ll come visit you at your truck!

They gonna mess it up and your working truck will not work again!!! Brothers Towing is a solid shop! I broke down over the holiday weekend on a Sunday night. Monday morning I gave Shane a call on a tow and service. He listened to my situation and was very honest about not sending out roadside because he figured it wouldn’t be an on road fix..He towed me into their service center and started diagnosing my problems.. Josh the shop manager was on point with getting down to any issues. Once they plugged up and diagnosed my problem they figured out I was faced plugged.. Clogged DPF Filters.. The next day on Christmas Eve Josh shot by the Part’s department and scooped up the filters, threw them on and attempted to have me out of there by half day closing schedule. Unfortunately I also needed a water pump! Great news for me I was back up and running after the water pump was installed! Nice Team Work On Towing, Service, and Professionalism Guys! I recommend anyone looking for a great group of reliable guys during tough breakdowns to give Brothers a call.. I guarantee they’ll handle the job! Keep up the magnificent maintenance fella’s!
Absolutely do not use these guys. They traveled an hour to tow me maybe 60 feet to get unstuck from the mud and charged over $1000 for 15 minutes of work. I have had a few tows in the past that had to tow me further and didn’t cost this much. They even told me that our company has an account and it was a discounted rate. Do not use there are plenty of other towing companies nearby.
Brothers is the best. Amazing service, and incredibly nice owner. The guy saved me big money on 2 different repairs, and he even lent me a vehicle for the night to get to hotel. I highly recommend this truck shop. They know their stuff! Great prices and fast service. Thank you Shane.

Trailer Service - dropped trailer to get all axle seals done. Crew was very polite, answered all questions, professional and pleasant to deal with. Brakes were getting close on one of the axles and they took the time to and approve the repair instead of not even mentioning anything. Brakes could have been alright but with axle seals leaking, there could have been oil and or grease on the shoes and drums.
All in all, very pleased. Took the time to have the trailer run before leaving a review, but now amonth in, everything is still solid with no leaks.
These guys also have a good sense of humor which made it a better experience altogether. Grabbed a few business cards and have already gave them all away to people with leaky hubs.
Will be back again if anything should need service while over the road.
I didn't believe that I would ever have nice words for any towing service, but these people surprised me. Excellent service, agreed quickly and easily, they were at the desired location in 10 minutes, the price was more than good. Beside towing they work with tires and other mechanical repairs so make sure to check them out before you call anyone else. Once again, thank you guys.
The owner was one of the kindest most understanding men I have ever met. I am not from the state, I had a rental car, I was pulled over and detained and my car was towed by this company. The owner came in on a day the shop wasn't even open just for me to help me, and cut down the price a significant amount because of my desperate financial situation. Amazing service! 100% recommend!!

Awesome people and awesome family A+ service honest and fair priced got me in quick and back on the road fast . Highly recommend any one that needs a fix to give them a chance I came in on the hook dead in water and was rolling in less than a few hours .
Shane and his crew do a wonderful job taking care of people. He has picked me up, towed and repaired my truck several times over the years. If you need a tow or repair he is the guy to see. He is honest and very dependable.
