Management should be fired since they can't troubleshoot simple questions that customers have. No knowledge about anything car related but running a parts store. If you need parts go to Johnson auto in red oak and he will take the best care of you

Poor management... I needed a car battery drove 20 minutes to Red Oak because online said closed at 9:00pm arrived at 8:30 employees sitting in their vehicles and store closed. I'll be contacting Corporate also.

Had what I needed. Staff seemed to know what they were doing and were friendly and helpful.

My daughter got window wipers and a headlight bulb. They put them on and changed the light buld. It was awesome!

Very rude wife stop in to get oil they over charge her 8,75 for a on then she ask to get help no way I will never go back I am disabled

Great place to get car parts

It has been hit or miss at this location. Came in the first time and they one guy working the counter and he was helping a guy find parts, I stood in line for about 10 minutes for a bottle of washer fluid before I decided to leave. Next visit they helped right away with 3 people at the counter. Hit or miss like I said.

The people are always polite and of great help.

Purchased 5 quarts of oil and a filter. Great store and great prices.

Pretty good place to get your Auto Parts because at least they're one of the few parts places that stay open a little bit later I still wish they would stay open later than 7 p.m. every night other than that it's a good place to get your Auto Parts good customer service how tall if you ever need to do a return or exchange they help you right away and get it done highly recommended if you live in the Red Oak area

Very good high quality customer service lots of parts accessories for auto motive and tools to choose from kind of expensive though but they will match prices of other auto stores part stores so I do recommend O'Reilly's if you live in Red Oak area

They seem understaffed & can be pricey but they do have good customer service

These people don't know a spark plug from a tire plug
