I had gotten my brakes and rotors put on by them ( I bought the parts) they did not check the calipers and I have a brake oil leaking all out of my calipers and I have to spend 300 dollars just to get new calipers. Will not be coming back. I hope this helps the next person!
John was amazing. My daughter’s car broke down in Ely. We took it to him and he fixed it the next day at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to take all my vehicles there.
They are the most helpful honest people I have ever met. I felt so helpless and didn't know what I was going to do. Then with help from another person that told me about Sweets auto sales &Service they fixed my car and the bill was so reasonable. They help you. They do not take advantage of you. After some other mechanic falsely diagnosed my sisters car and said her alternator was out, we took it to sweet auto sales. He went out of his way to jump the car from our apartment and take it to get looked at. Turns out it was just the battery so we went back to autozone because it had a warranty. Long story short he didn't charge her at all, which was kind!
Bought a car from him about 2 years ago and it has been nothing but problems, took it back immediately and he said he fixed it, but we were scammed. I don't trust him and I definitely don't recommend his mechanics or his car sales business! He is very dishonest! I am nervous letting my daughter drive the car half the time it doesn't start and run for her

I have just about no experience with mechanics, and all I heard was horror stories about local and corporate companies, people who would swindle me due to my inexperience and lack of knowledge. I went to John per the recommendation of a couple of good friends, and the experience was wonderful. He got me in very quick and got to work. He was friendly and honest, and I definitely plan to return.
