I have never experienced the level of customer service that Ralph provided me at Cash for Cars. I was in a terrible situation where my car broke down 300 miles from home. A very expensive tow trip to the dealership later, and I learned that my car was a) toast and b) apparently worth nothing. Ralph went above and beyond to help me get the car out of there and get me money for it right away. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of quickly and easily selling a car.
Great experience and I highly recommend. Ralph was responsive, competent and a “getter done” kinda guy! He even called in some favors for a next day pickup to fit my schedule. I was searching for a few hours online for a company to purchase my mother-in-laws car. Just about every company I spoke to played games with me, haggled me, knit picked and complicated the sale process…But not Ralph at Cash For Cars - he’s a New Yorker who knows how to get business done and take care of his customers.
