They were great I was in a horrible car accident on the first of the October this year and I was living out of my vehicle. They gave me a 1 time courtesy of retrieving my belongings. They were great with communication and friendly as all get.
We had truck problems while pulling our camper back to Ankeny from a trip in Wisconsin. I was able to limp the truck to their lot, and even on a Sunday afternoon they met us and let us park everything in their secure lot until we figured out a plan. The next day we found a shop that could get our truck in right away, and the tow company got it there quickly for us. They even unhooked the camper and let us leave it in their lot so all our belongings would be safe until we could make it back.
They were professional, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs towing or roadside help.

Amazing Group of workers. Really got us out of a jam for a EXTREMELY FAIR cost. Showed up in a hurry and was patient as Levi pulled our RV out 6 inches at a time for about 3 hours. I dug as he pulled so NO DAMAGE was done.

My car broke down the day before Thanksgiving at 2pm. Wonderful timing on my part (insert eye roll). Tegeler's saved my day! I called quite a few tow companies, but Tegeler's had immediate availability even though I was a bit far out. They got my car to the shop I wanted it to go to before they closed at 5. From start to finish they were kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them. I have zero complaints about the service or the equipment.
Great company to call if you need towing. My car broke down in Chicago on the way to the airport. I still took my trip and my car was in Chicago. I called Teglers and they towed my car back to Iowa city same day. Jessica was great help, I’m not sure who the operator was but they were great as well. Needed a tow due to an accident. The dispatch person was very easy to work with. They arrived at my location within the hour. Travis (tow driver) was very professional, positive and overall great to work with! Made the rough situation a little bit better. He was even kind enough to give me a ride to my home on the way to the body shop. Very impressed with their service and will be using them in the future.

Not what I expected. Already having a Bum day because of a sensor issue in the truck I’m driving that wouldn’t regen. Wrecker got called and it was these guys. Good move on my companies part for choosing these guys and class act by the driver Darren who turned the situation into more of a cool ride along. Not to mention they got there FAST. Gave a 90 minute eta but got there in about 50. Expected a grumpy, quiet veteran tow operator who just wanted to “get it done” but instead was met with a professional who liked his job, company and the people he came across. He was fast and thorough and actually explained the process while completing the task. Didn’t have to do that. Once he realized I wasn’t from Iowa and was unfamiliar with the surrounding area he actually chose a direct path to my drop spot that allowed me to view the countryside and the small surrounding towns. He basically gave me a tour that totally took my mind off of the breakdown and allowed me to laugh at a bunch of “small town” jokes about the towns we passed. Truck was clean inside and out (thank goodness) and his personality was just on point. He read and played the situation well and I’m almost certain the company knows they made a good hire. Polite young guy who’s services I hope I never need again though lol lol. Still, if I do I’ll definitely look the company up knowing they have real professionals working for ‘em.

I called numerous places trying to get a tow on a Saturday, and Monday was the soonest I found. Called Tegeler, and they had a driver out to my car in 40 minutes, pulled it right out, and got me on my way. The gentleman that pulled it out was super friendly. While I hope to never have to call them again I absolutely would in a heartbeat if I needed them.
