C & C made the extremely stressful situation of my daughter's car needing to be scrapped after a breakdown, so much easier. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Emily was awesome helping me through the process of getting rid of my old chariott that no longer was running and needed cleared off my property. I couldn't locate the title and rather than paying $25. To get a new one, she was able to locate the record she needed with a signature, photo id and the vin.
