WOW!! I came with a friend to Cassill that needed a car after a wreck that totaled her vehicle. She had talked with Sales Lady Mallarie over the phone regarding what kind of vehicle she was looking for. When we stopped Mallarie had two vehicles that my friend might like. Fairly new vehicles with low mileage and very reasonable price. Mallarie explained all features, warranties, standard service needs in future. Upon driving her top pick my friend said yes! What a great experience to observe! In fact my next purchase will be at Cassill and I'm hoping Mallarie will be my helper!!
Mallarie was very professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to her earlier and she found cars suited to my preferences by the time I came in to the dealership. Had an awesome experience with Josh, Crystal, and Rachel this past week. Josh was super chill and easy to talk to — funny, down to earth, and just a great guy to work with. He even shared some really cool stuff about his experience in the military and provides tips for people interested in joining.
Crystal and Rachel were amazing too. Being a first-time buyer, I was definitely a little nervous, but they made everything so easy to understand and walked me through the whole process.

Found a ford escape with low mileage at a below bank book value on the Cassill website. Dane Hansen answered all of our questions and made buying from out of state easy. He even arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership and lined up a place to stay for the night. Got a nice goodie bag with some free chargers and notepads to top it all off. If looking for a nice vehicle at a good price get a hold of Dane.
Derek in service took great care of my truck and actually got it done faster than expected! He kept me updated the whole time, especially when the technician found a few extra things that needed attention. Legit the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. Went to them being in a rough spot with my car and an existing loan. They were super understanding with my situation and earnestly helped me out as best as they could. Walked out of there much happier with a newer, more reliable car and a much more comfortable loan. Had such a great experience buying a car. Adam helped me stick within my budget and provided a lot of helpful insights on the specific safety and repair issues each car I was looking at had. He even made sure that the car seat fit with enough space before we even sat down to talk numbers. Overall a great option if you are looking to get your next car.
Adam was great to work with at Cassill! We went in to look at a SUV and we were not hunted down like traditional car lots. Even though I did not love the features of the car I went to go see, Adam suggested something else that was also in my budget, had all the features I wanted and was reliable. Came back the next day to buy it and the process only took about 2 hours. Overall, Adam was very helpful and in the words of my dad, “was the type of cars salesman he was hoping I would get to work with”.
10/10 Best experience I’ve had at a dealership! I worked with Krissy to buy my ‘22 Subaru Forester & she was awesome! Their team was very patient, explained everything, made the process very easy. Spent about two hours yesterday at their dealership yesterday checking out the car I wanted. They assessed my vehicle for trade in value & offered me a good deal, better than I was offered at another place. I was able to walk in today after work & trade in my car quickly with no hassle. Would recommend to a friend!

Dane was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did several follow-ups before and after the sale. The vehicle was priced well and they provided a fair price for my trade in. Adam always makes sure to go out of his way to help me and answer ALL of my questions (no matter how silly or small those questions are). Then, when it was time to start to financial side of things Crystal stepped right in and made everything so simple. She made sure I understood all of my options, went above and beyond to get me a lower interest rate.
Then, when I thought nothing could make the care and service I received from Adam and Crystal any better. I had the pleasure of working with Steven and Derek on the service drive. These two are really top notch gentleman that genuinely know their stuff and will go out of their way to discuss your vehicle with you and answer any questions that I have about my vehicles and their regular maintenance needs.

Got a new car that was long overdue. Honest sales people, bought my car from krissi she was great, noticed the next day that the tail light was out, cassil replaced it at no cost to me, apologized and said it should have been taken care of before hand. I will be buying my vehicles from here from now on.
This is our second time buying a car with Cassill. We really enjoyed the experience both times. The car we bought in 2021 is still running great, thanks to their warranty and good service. The car we just bought will fit our family's needs. We liked working with Adam to pick out our new vehicle. He was honest and thorough. We loved working with Crystal. She really helped us to feel comfortable and make informed choices when we had to finance.

I came into Castle Motors being prepared to walk right back out because they wouldn't be able to help me. Have lots of strikes against me not great credit and I live on disability. While I was there I spoke to someone in financing. Didn't feel really hopeful. As I was walking to my car i noticed someone behind me. I turned around and she introduced herself Darcy a sales rep. She said " You don't look very happy, how can I help!" I told her my story and what I was looking for. She said come with me and let's talk some more and see what we can figure out." We talked and she said she would get back to me. Within a matter of a few days Darcy called to ask me to come and talk to Rachel in finance. Took in all the papers they requested. After talking to Rachel, she also took on my fight. To make a long story short. Rachel found me financing. Praise God! Then her and Darcy went on the hunt for a car that would qualify. Of course they found one that had all the features I needed. Darcy and Rachel are angels in my book! Thank you Castle Motors for taking a chance on me!!
I live in Nashville, Tennessee, but while back in Iowa totaled my personal vehicle with an encounter with deer on Highway 30!! I had the absolutely most amazing experience with Cassill Motors getting me back on the road within 48 hours in a phenomenal vehicle at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I have never been there before pulled into the lot to look at vehicles and a nice gentleman named Dane came and helped me with the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in. He was very pleasant and his sales manager was pleasant as well. I just drove the vehicle and that is exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience for me because I did not want to go car shopping at various dealerships. I had very limited time to find another vehicle and I appreciate the whole staff at Cassill for walking me through the whole process. Very professional people and I would recommend them to others!
