The best car buying experience ever: No pressure. I explained my circumstances of car I had was over 200,000 miles , needed something reliable. Test drove SUV at 10 am Friday , had ownership by noon Saturday. Great customer service from the test drive through financing to cleaning out my old car sending an associate out to help. This review is SO long overdue! I have so many good things to say, sit tight for a long recommendation. In August 2025, my 2008 Rav4 was in need of repairs that I could not afford and I was desperate to find a buyer that would help me pay off the loan. After the Toyota dealership said I'd have to pay the remaining $3k on the loan for them to consider taking it, a friend recommended I bring it to Cassill. The next morning, I weakly pitched that I'd like to sell for the amount of the loan but with the repairs, I understood if it'd have to be a lower amount. Guess what? They gave me the full remaining loan amount PLUS a few hundred bucks! It was an insane relief.
A month or so later, I was browsing their online inventory and saw the baby blue Subaru crosstrek of my dreams! I put in an inquiry online and was called within the hour. Unfortunately because I had to speak with my partner over the course of a few hours about budget and co-signing, someone else swooped in and bought said Subaru. I was disappointed but the folks at Cassill recommended that I come in and browse the remaining inventory now that I was pre-approved. That Thursday in October became a fateful day! Krissi Tow was amazing to work with. She listened to my needs and my wants for a car, and had a good handful of options to suggest. When she brought me to a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, she saw that I liked it before I even registered that I did! We saw a few couple of cars after that Tuscon and when I said I wanted to take a second look at it, she had such a bright smile and confirmed that she could tell by my behavior how good of a fit it was for me. That said, she was NEVER pushy, never put me beyond my comfort zone. After a test drive, I said I had to still think about it. But then I thought about it all during my work shift!! I definitely closed out the shop that evening, with Krissi and Pat staying late to help with the finances after 6pm. What's MORE, turns out one of the tires on the Tuscon had a broken belt so before I took it home they replaced ALL the tires - brand new!! It's been a dream to drive ever since.
Now 3 months later in January, I called the service center inquiring about getting my windshield wiper fluid switched out for some that resists freezing. It's the only problem I've had with the car, and that's only because it came from California. The very sweet woman on the service line, (I want to say her name was Megan?) suggested I come in for my oil chance a little early and that way they can do an inspection while I'm here. Now sitting in the lounge, enjoying the amenities they offer to waiting customers, I am just SO happy I came to Cassill. I'll never go anywhere else now that I'm a loyal customer! Had such a great experience! I already had a pre approval before going out to the dealership! Everyone was so kind and understanding - I had explained my previous experiences at other dealerships & the stress I was under! We had to bring all 4(4,6,12,13) of our kids and they were so kind and patient with them - even gave them gifts when we left - it was a positive experience for everyone!! We got everything taken care of & we were able to take home our new vehicle in a little over an hour! We will definitely be going back not just for future purchases but for service & repairs as well!
I meant to do this when we bought our van in May of 2025 but never got around to it until now, Jan of 2026 when I had another great experience with Adam from Cassil Motors. When it comes to the car buying experience, we weren't in a rush and he was super patient with us allowing us to take our time, test drive anything we wanted. The van we were interested in had a few more miles on it than what we were looking for so he let us sit down with him and another staff member and look through other options that could be there in the next couple weeks. In the end, we decided to go with the original van we wanted, trusting that he knew what he was talking about, given his years of experience in the service department. He didn't steer us wrong. We absolutely love this purchase and are so glad we decided on this vehicle.
Fast Forward to today....I went out to start my car this morning to warm it up before I took my kids to school, something I've done every day for the last couple weeks. 10 minutes later we are in my garage getting the kids into the car when ALLLLL my doors are locked with the keys inside. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare yet (that's a me problem) nor do we have on star or roadside assistance. The only person I thought to call was Adam. at 8:01 in the morning, he answered quick, heard my dilemma and immediately told me he was on his way.
From the time I hung up the phone with him to the time I was on my way to work was 30 minutes and that's because my house is 25 minutes away from Cassil Motors. He unlocked my car quickly and saved my morning! I know a lot of salesmen that say to give them a call if you need anything, but he actually means it and follows through! Just don't be like me and put off getting your 2nd pair of keys.

I walked into Cassill Motors on 1-5-2026 knowing the car I wanted. I was greeted by Krissi Tow. She demonstrated the car to and with me. I felt very comfortable with Krissi so we proceeded to go over and talk with Adam and Greg, the sales mgr. about my trade in. Greg treated me very fair with my trade in. We agreed upon a price. I returned 1-6-2026 with my check book. I was introduced to Crystal Blu in the financial department and she explained and helped with everything from getting new tags, to the pricing, taxes, fees and closing the transaction. Then Krissi had the car detailed while I was with Crystal, and then spent over an hour showing me the bells and whistles on this car. And there are many. My over all experience was very educational, relaxing and I feel as though I made new friends. These people are not pushy and will answer all of your questions. Spent about two hours yesterday at their dealership yesterday checking out the car I wanted. They assessed my vehicle for trade in value & offered me a good deal, better than I was offered at another place. I was able to walk in today after work & trade in my car quickly with no hassle.
