The gentleman from Hooker Towing was my hero. I was at Donutland and managed to lock myself out of my car with the keys and my phone in it. When the gentleman stopped at Donutland for donuts I asked him if he was a provider for my roadside assistance plan. He was not but unlocked my car and refused payment. Highly recommend
Operator was cordial and very nice in the mistake I made in giving him the wrong vehicle AWD instead of a two wheel, He was very insightful and understanding of the situation and gave the most professional information and was courteous even though I felt I wasted his time, but I appreciate you guys and thanks again and sorry for the inconvenience!

Fast, friendly and affordable. Needing to have your car towed for any reason is due usually to an already stressful situation, and the guys that helped us both over the phone to schedule the pick up and drivers that delivered our car were all very helpful, professional and friendly.
