Omg, these guys are fast and efficient. This is my first time using my Allstate Roadside Service and I am beyond pleased. There was no breakdown in communication with Allstate Roadside Service or the provider, both were amazing. I want to say that Chris is probably one of the nicest gentleman I’ve ever met. I was getting ready to cross the street and he said oh I’m gonna walk you across the street to make sure you get the you know don’t get hurt or whatever and I thought that was just absolutely amazing and then he stopped at my house because I needed to get some stuff out of my vehicle and just a helpful wonderful guy. You guys are really lucky to have him if he hasn’t had a reason in a while I would suggest that too lol anyways thank you C and A TOWING for doing such a great job. I would recommend them For any of your needs!
I saw a older fellow needing help starting his vehicle. I pulled over to help him jump start his car with my jumper cables. With no luck some lovely people from this company stop to help with their jump pack. So grateful for them helping

I needed my car towed out of a tight space to the car dealership. Driver Chris got here fast, got my car loaded, and dropped it off there for me. He was friendly and professional. If you need a tow, call C&A.
We called C&A when we needed a tow ASAP. We were very impressed with the response time. Even on a snowy busy day driver Chris was at our house in under 20 minutes and was very helpful and professional. We hope we don’t need to call a tow truck again but if we do C&A will be our first call.
There was a delay in getting to me due to unforeseen circumstances on their end, but otherwise great service. Chris was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for their services.

We (Franks Tree Service) Called for a tow, spoke with the "boss" he was friendly and said he'd get a driver right out. I'm so glad I found these guys ! We had been calling multiple places but everyone said it would be a couple days before they could squeeze us in for a tow which was so weird to me! I read C&A's reviews and knew this was the place for us ! My husband called and dispatch said he would send his driver back out he would be there in about 30 minutes because he had to go back to the shop to get truck when the driver showed up he was very friendly, nice and very professional! I wish I would have caught his name but to enlighten the situation I had some fun ! The driver backed our car out of the spot and drove it right up on the flatbed as he was going up I said weee and started laughing I didn't think he heard me but he must have because he smiled I was just trying to make light of having to get a tow to avoid crying we will definitely use c&a again and I will recommend them to everyone thank you so much y'all are amazing!
I just had my lowered Chevy Silverado towed today by Chris himself! And had an easy and amazing first experience with the process, will definitely keep in contact with this company for anything I need towed! 10/10 recommend !
When my car died on a hot day, I found C&A from the many positive Google reviews. I have to agree - Chris was very helpful and efficient with the tow. Beyond that, he offered to get me water (a kind woman whose house I broke down in front of already gave me some while I waited, but it was a generous offer) and made sure I had a safe ride home - even driving me a short distance to a Culver's when my ride was meeting me so I wouldn't have to walk from the dealership after we dropped off my car. I hope I never need a tow service again, but I now have C & A's number saved in my phone in case I do!
Chris helped me out in such a pinch. Not only did my car need a tow but I locked the keys in the vehicle. He was able to retrieve the keys and deliver the vehicle

Great experience today with a shout-out to Chris. We called AAA for our car to be towed from Marengo to Belle Plaine. He was there within the 45 minutes he said he would be and loaded immediately and headed to drop the car off. More than five star service. Thanks Chris at C&A
Chris is a great guy to work with! Was careful about making sure the differential on an xdrive vehicle wasn't damaged when pulling the vehicle on the truck and also when he dropped it off. Would recommend as a fellow automotive professional.
My daughter’s boyfriend’s vehicle broke down in our driveway with the ignition completely locked up. Chris was at our Mount Vernon, IA home within 6 minutes of our call to C & A towing. The vehicle was parked in a difficult position and Chris was very determined and helpful, doing research in the dark and working his magic to get the vehicle into neutral and swiftly on the back of the tow truck. He was able to save us some money in the process as well. 10/10 recommend C & A - prompt, polite , professional, and affordable towing… and Chris deserves a big fat raise for his efforts and excellent service.

Great service! Chris was working on towing another car when my friends car died. He was more than willing to come over and give us a jump. Definitely our go to company for any future issues!!
Absolutely the best! My daughter is in cedar rapids as a college student. After working all day at her part time job today, she had her truck die at the gas station. C and A towing was able to get a driver there in less than 30 minutes to jump start. Turned out there were more issues than that. They gave a recommendation for a mechanic that could work on the next day. Gave her a safe ride to her apartment and got truck delivered to shop for a very reasonable price. I live 2 hours away and was more than stressed at the beginning. The dispatcher and tow driver were fantastic and took care of the situation. There number is saved in my contacts now and I won't hesitate to use them again if needed.
Broke down in a tight spot on 380, with little shoulder to work with. Got to me as quick as they could and had me loaded just as fast. Grateful beyond no doubt to have me and the vehicle safe all thanks to this amazing company.

Easily the nicest and friendliest place I’ve dealt with. They said they would be there in 30 min and it wasn’t longer than 20. Very reasonably priced. Chris was the driver I got and he was awesome. And the dispatcher didn’t make you feel like an inconvenience at all. 10/10 recommend.
