Had a fuel line come loose right there on highway 1 in Iowa City and Jerry showed up and towed me down to ruon and he put the line on and helped me get it primed so I didn't have to have it towed back. Very professional and a good guy. Definitely recommend him
Cody with holiday wrecker was a lifesaver when I locked the keys inside the U-Haul I rented…with my dog inside. He arrived quickly and got to work on what proved to be a very stubborn lock. He was very kind and patience while I was freaking out about my Dog. I would recommend holiday wrecker to anyone needing assistance big or small. Thank you Cody!

My truck got stuck on the snowy shoulder, and I called this company for help. They pulled my truck out quickly and efficiently in about 20 minutes. The tow truck driver was very friendly and experienced — I’d give him 5 stars. However, the price was extremely high. They charged me $1,750 for the service, and that’s way too expensive, so I can only give 1 star for the pricing.
I had such a great experience with Holiday Wrecker and Crane. My family and I were driving in Coralville, an unfamiliar town for us, and already feeling a bit overwhelmed when we ran into vehicle trouble. Holiday Wrecker and Crane was incredible from the moment they showed up. The driver showed up quickly, explained everything in a calm, reassuring way, and made a stressful situation feel so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help. I’m really grateful for how they treated our family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing towing or roadside assistance. In addition to providing excellent roadside service, Holiday Wrecker and Towing personally went far above and beyond for our family and situation.

Some days are better than others! The team at Holiday got us out of a sticky situation and helped the entire length of the problem. Communication is A+ and customer service is plentiful. Hopefully you don’t need them BUT if you do - they’re good at what they do!

Today was a bad day and my car decided to stalled and the phone call to Holidays towing was awesome and Andrew came to my rescue of towing my Ford escape. Andrew made my day and was very professional at explaining all the details to me and I want to huge give thank you to Andrew for towing my escape safe to the dealership.
James got to my RV quickly and was so competent. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on how to prevent this incident from happening again. The service was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Holiday Wrecker.
Rudy is the best!!! My friends car got towed to the lot, it wouldn’t start so Rudy came right over and put oil in it and jumped it for us. The whole situation was stressful but Rudy kept us laughing. If I ever need a tow I am calling Holiday and request Rudy.

I'm a truck driver from illinois who just quit his job and on my last run to SC this week I broke down on my way home in Grayson,KY. Anyway Ithe truck needed to be towed back to Dubuque, IL. And I live in Rockford IL which is 2 hrs east of Dubuque my company called Holiday Wrecker to come from IA and pick up me, the truck ,and my dog Mia . My drivers name was Ben. Now my company RT&T Enterprises didn't want Holiday to stop in Rockford to let me empty the truck abs go home after giving this place 11yrs off grade A service but Ben stopped and let Mya and I out quick I greatly appreciated because not only was I able to go home tonight but I didn't have to have my 73 or old mother come and get me from Dubuque. I think it was awesome of them to allow Ben to let me out. Their equipment is top notch and their service was outstanding, very good company if you need a wrecker or a Crane I highly recommend HOLIDAY WRECKER &CRANE SERVICES...THANX TO BEN AND HOLIDAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
I had a flat tire and they came out to the highway to come inflate it. They were super fast, super nice, and super informative. Cody was amazing, very polite, and kind. 10/10 would highly recommend :)

We were on a cross-country trip and lost a wheel on I-80. After AAA couldn't give us any 90 minutes after calling, we called Holiday. They dispatched Cody promptly. He was very friendly and took great care of our vehicle. After getting us off the road to a mechanic, he went back and found the wheel much further afield than we had been looking. What great service!
Cody was a lifesaver! I was traveling to Fort Dodge last week, when my car broke down in Iowa city. Being from Michigan, I had no idea who to call or how to finish my trip. I found Holliday and gave them a call, they were to my location in 10 minutes, recommended a great shop, and super helpful in getting us to a rental place. Our driver was Cody, and boy were we lucky, he was amazing! He waited at the rental place for us to make sure they had a car available. I hope I never need to use their service again, but if I do I know who to call!
Needed a tow due to an accident. The dispatch person was very easy to work with. They arrived at my location within the hour. Travis (tow driver) was very professional, positive and overall great to work with! Made the rough situation a little bit better. He was even kind enough to give me a ride to my home on the way to the body shop. Very impressed with their service and will be using them in the future. I was told by the driver, Travis, that Holiday works in partnership with Tegeler. Just wanted to put my review here as well as i was very impressed with the service.
I was picking up a load in La Salle, Illinois heading to California. 169 miles later, I stopped in Williamsburg and did my post-trip and discovered that I had a tire blowout. Thank god I have a terminal 30 miles away. When they were about to start the work, the Mechanic saw damage to the side rail and decided to place the trailer out of service. That is when they needed a transload to be done. When they came out, they made the right call and brought the loaded trailer to their facility because it is so much easier to unload the freight from a dock rather than using a Jack to bring the pallets to the edge and risk damage. Their help was well-appreciated.
Highly recommend this company without any doubt! They were quick to respond when I needed my car towed after it broke down. I was impressed by the worker's balance of professionalism and relatable customer service upon arrival. First he double checked to make sure my car couldn't be started and then made sure I was safe from the traffic of our surroundings. Paperwork and billing was electronic, quick, and easy. My car was definitely in good hands, and I greatly appreciated the service.
Holly and Jerry were fantastic! On a day when our cross country attempt in a 31foot motorhome started day 4 with running out of gas just short of Tiffen on I-380, God was looking out for us with help and fuel from Holiday to get us back on the road before my Towing Assist Company even answered their phone!
