The company is new but I have been towing cars professionally in the local area for over 20 years! We provide wrecker and flatbed services in all forms. Towing, winchouts, accident recovery and clean up, private property impounds and storage. We also offer roadside services including unlocks, jumpstarts, fuel deliveries and more. I have called Joe's a couple times when people have parked in my spot in downtown Iowa City. They never disappoint: extremely fast and professional service even at odd hours... I would recommend them to anyone. I haven't had to use their services for my own car yet but the next time I am in a pinch they will be my first call.
Joe’s Quick Tow was a total lifesaver! I got a flat tire a little after midnight, and he showed up within 30 minutes, super quick and professional. He was really nice, got the spare on fast, and made a stressful situation way easier. Definitely recommend!

After waiting over 3 hours for another company that was dispatched through my insurance company for Roadside Assistance only to have them cancel the service call with no notice Joe's Quick Tow came to the rescue in less than 20 minutes. What a great service. I was stuck on the side of the road with a trailer behind my truck, my son and my 130 lb cane Corso. Came and got me quickly, were super professional and flexible with my complex situation and price was very fair, even though he could have raked me over the coals.

Power steering went out, and the car was stuck in an awkward spot. The guys showed up really quickly, probably around 15 minutes or so, after I called and got the car loaded up like it was nothing. Didn't charge extra for mileage since we were within their area. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon, but I'd use them again if we did!
Joe was so easy to communicate with and understood all the issues that we were having. He took out a truck and a trailer for us the same day we sent him the information on the vehicles. I really appreciate all the work that he did and can't wait to work with him in the future.
Arrived quickly after calling, and cheaper than other companies. When we were picked up, Joe was super friendly and accommodating. We had been outside awhile so he let us into his truck while he hooked up our car and drove us to the mechanic. We had some issues with my card not going through and he was patient while we figured it out. Overall, made a stressful situation feel a little less dooming.
