Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable about helping you out with the problem. I quoted 1,000 dollars and he laughed on the phone, not even half that price!!! Mason and his partner were amazing. Super patient. Helped pull us out after getting stuck on the shoulder during a blizzard. Deer guard complicated the job more than it should’ve but they took their time and got us out. They didn’t abandon us :) and their price was reasonable. Would def recommend to my fellow truckers!
I just got stuck because of the 4-5in snow drifts on the road, and Mason auto comes out of the sticks to pull me out. I asked what I owed him and he said; “Just leave me a good review on the google.” You’re my hero man!!! Thank you Marley my dog thanks you as well.
So my tire blew out on the highway. On a Saturday. And about 4:30 in the afternoon. With three kids and a little dog in the car headed out for a little Vaca. We were hours from home and hours from our destination. Gave Mason's a call and he had Dan to us in no time. We all climbed in the tow truck and they had us back on the road in no time at all! Dale was so nice and made us all feel so comfortable. Mason was excellent in working to make sure we got exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend!! I don't live in the area but I'm glad we got to meet these awesome guys!!
Dale was my driver and this guy went above and beyond! Mason also had him out too me in a timely fashion! Not from around the area but definitely recommend them!

I needed to get our old work truck into the shop for new tires, rims and a tune-up. It had been stored all winter. I put air in all the tires but one tire had gone low enough that it had partially come off the rim. I had ran out of time to put the spare on and needed to get it to the shop. Mason and Dan were great and very professional. They got the truck loaded up and towed to the shop. I would recommend Mason's Auto to anyone in the area.
It’s been a few years now I’ve been going to Mason auto for my families towing needs, and always has great customer service and very punctual. But today I got lucky enough to break down by his house, and thankfully he came out with tools and made sure we got my truck up and running to get back home! Definitely recommend!

My friend and I became stranded with a failed alternator just outside of Iowa Falls We decided to use Mason's to get to a parts store and fix it ourselves. Not only was it the shortest wait for a tow and best conversation with a driver I've ever had, but our driver Dan was even kind enough to let us borrow his tools, help us get the alternator exchanged, and get us back on the road. He even called after we left to make sure we were heading in the right direction! If it weren't for him, a one hour job would have easily taken three hours, and we only have the services of this outstanding small business to thank for our fortune. It's obvious from how the locals were talking to Dan at the parts store that they are knowledgeable and helpful in every situation and service they provide.
Great Customer service and punctuality. These guys took the time to help us out in cold miserable weather and towed it to Webster City for us. Managing a small business myself the great customer service these guys put on made the situation much less stressful. Highly recommend Mason's for all of your towing needs.

I called the day after it snowed the night before and they were there to pull me out of the ditch within an hour. They squeezed me in between calls so I wouldn’t have to wait and to keep my bill lower. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable with pricing! Very will to work with me and help me out! Broke down in my (new-to-me) purchased Dodge Sprinter on a Saturday mid afternoon (in the 90 degree heat).

Great guy, excellent service! In late January my rental broke down on a cold night driving from Des Moines to Waterloo. Rental company had no sense of urgency but Mason helped me out of the jam, even driving me rest of the way. 100% recommend.
I had great service from Mason's Auto. Two of my tires blew out on the interstate after I hit something in the road, and they sent a truck quicker than I expected as I was sitting on the side of the road. They towed my car to the nearest dealership and dropped me off at a hotel. All around very friendly service; very helpful.

Broke down on highway 20 eastbound. Alternator went out on me. AAA dispatched Masons to tow me. Said it would be within an hour. The tow truck driver showed up in 35 minutes. Awesome!! Towed me all the way to my house in Des Moines (65-70 miles). Great service. Good guy. Would recommend

A sibling rolled the pickup truck south of town, putting it on it's side. Mason arrived very quickly. Got the truck back on all four tires, and out of the ditch with very minimal damage.
