Could not be happiest w the service I've received. Above and beyond. From deer damage, mechanical service, brakes, tune ups, tire replacement ect. Valve at fair reasonable prices. My absolute favorite mechanic.
We called Durbin Automotive to come unlock a car door. The man arrived and was barely onsite for 10 mins and could not get the door to unlock. I do not feel like he tried everything he could to get it open. He kept complaining about his hands cramping up and he just couldn't do it. He only tried to unlock the drivers side door. He said we should call Ford and have them remotely unlock the car? I don't believe this is an option. He did not make enough effort I feel to resolve the issue. We called an actual locksmith who drove over 45 mins to get here and used the exact same methods as the Durbin employee and had it unlocked within 2 mins of being onsite. So as far as using Durbins to unlock your car I wouldn't waste your time. It was an absolute joke of service. They should train their employees to do the jobs them claim to be able to do or send more than one person to assist.
They were very happy to tow our car when we hit a deer. Then they wouldn't release it back to us when we found out they do not do estimates for insurance. This happened on a Friday, and they went so far as to not answer their phones when our insurance called them. Three extra days of hostage ransom for them, and three days behind on my estimate. Your name will not escape my lips without a bad reference to accompany it.
