If I could rate them higher I would.
Purchased a classic car and was driving it back to Canada. I had a tire blowout, the spare had deflated during the drive to the point it was not useable. These guys showed up in about 15 minutes, in short order I was on my way.
Fast, efficient, competent and friendly service.
Don't hesitate, these guys will deliver!
I ended up locking my keys in the car with my 11 month old locked inside while parked at a gas station... D6 showed up 25 minutes after our phone call, as expected. He was very friendly and able to pop open the door rather quickly. Very, very thankful for their help.
Had a tire blow on the interstate and we unfortunately had locking lug nuts (no key in sight) to swap the spare out. D6 came out after our AAA call and were hands down the best roadside service I’ve had in my many years driving.
The gentleman who took care of us called around to several shops and local vendors to see if we could find a replacement key. After going the lengths and no luck, he loaded us up on the flatbed and got us to Council Bluffs in a jiffy. He himself went and purchased and extractor tool and very easily removed our problem lug nut in about 30 seconds and dropped us off safe and sound at a tire shop and got us on the road. I unfortunately forgot his name, but this young man got us back on the road and to our necessary destinations with professionalism, kindness, and a level of knowledge and attention to detail that I hope every roadside service company gives. Unfortunately, I know they do not, so definitely give D6 a ring next time you’re stuck out there on the interstate!
Google maps decided to send me down a level B service road. Little did I know it had 2 foot deep ruts that were mud filled due to storms recently that I was unaware of as I had been out of the state. Hunters and his sons came out and were amazing with helping me out. Seriously the best guys ever.
Great service from D6. I was driving from Omaha to Kansas and the engine light started flashing. I took the next exit near Nebraska City, parked at a gas station, asked around for a local mechanic and got the number for D6. I called them and spoke to Bob who said they can come in 45 minutes. I waited and Dustin showed up within 30 minutes. He plugged into the car to check the diagnostics, opened the hood and checked the engine and the cylinders. The issue was with one of the Cylinders spark plugs. He then went back to his truck to check if he had the part in stock. Unluckily for me, it was not in stock and the nearby stores were all closed (it was a Sunday). Dustin then confirmed that we could drive the car to Kansas as there was no other issue, no leakage and all the other cylinders were working fine. We were glad to hear that and like he said did not encounter any issues on the ride home other than flashing engine light. I asked Dustin how much he was charging me for the check-in and he said nothing. I was surprised as this was a Sunday and the guy drove over in 30 minutes, spent over 15 minutes on my car/engine, gave me the heads-up to drive and he did not charge me anything. Pleasantly surprised. Well, if you are stuck on I-29, do not hesitate to call D6. Huge shoutout to Dustin and the crew at D6.
Dustin was quick to respond and help me stranded on the side of the road. Took less than 10 minutes to get me on my way again. Was knowledgeable and professional. A lady stranded on the side of the road is a scary situation these days. Highly recommend !

When a big truck breaks down, time is money. D6 told us 45 minutes to an hour to get a tech out. Not only was he there before that time frame, he had the issue fixed and had me back on the road before the hour timeframe. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was VERY fair. Especially considering it was 2 a.m. and SUB ZERO temperatures. I would most certainly recommend them.
Fuel pump went out of my truck. Called a few other companies for help and didn't get a response. My insurance company couldn't get anyone to help me. So I found D6 towing and they were there within 15 minutes of my call. Thank you guys. You'll be my first call for now on.
FAST! Stranded on the side of the highway and they got to us in under an hour from Hamburg just outside of Essex! Our driver was super polite and extremely helpful! He even offered to stop us at O'Reilly's to grab the parts we'd need to fix our car!! 10 out of 10 the best tow experience I've ever had !!Definitely will recommend them to all of South West Iowa!!
We really don't have the right words to describe this business. They really care about people amd that's not too common nowadays. They put in extra "above and beyond" effort to help my family and me continue our cross-country trek from Florida to Yellowstone. We got off at Nebraska City with 3 of the 4 wheels on our camper damaged. The 'roadside assistance' from Camping World was completely useless and would do nothing to help us. Dustin and his son arrived and personally went out of their way to ensure we had a safe place to stay overnight and keep our trailer - while the next morning (Saturday of all days!) they went to nearly every tire company and RV dealership in 75 miles to get us new wheels and tires!!!!! We are speechless and truly in debt for the kindness and caring they provided us, amd hopefully if they ever come to Florida we can repay them in kind. Last nugget - one would expect to get gouged $$$ for this - but again to underscore the kind of people they are - the price was very fair. We would recommend them to anyone anywhere anytime. Thank you for what you do for us.
I used D6 assistance when I needed to be towed. It was a very rainy evening. My car overheated and wasn’t drivable He towed my car home. The service was exceptional. He responded quickly and was very professional I would very much recommend this place for towing. Thank you.

We were on day one of a 13 day cross country vacation towing a camper and had a leak in a transmission cooler line. Dustin single handedly saved our vacation. It was more than just a tow for us and I am so thankful he went above and beyond for us! Thanks again Dustin!

My dad was stranded on I29 northbound just north of the Sapp Bros truck stop with a motorcycle trailered. He towed everything back safely all the way to Alta, IA. Highly recommend.
Excellent Service ! Driver very knowledgeable ! I was stuck on the highway, car wouldn't start. The driver had me try to start my car and immediately figured out the issue. He had me fixed and back on the road.

These guys are the best! I recommend calling them before any other roadside service! I am a disabled female Veteran traveling alone in a 34' mh. Not much scares me but When the R rear wheels broke off my mh going 55 mph on I29, towing N F150, it really shook me up! I had to transfer everything out of the MH to the uhaul truck to continue my trip. They transferred my toad to the uhaul truck for me and made sure everything was operable.
They are nice, polite, helpful and compassionate! They even did a once over on the uhaul to make sure the tires etc... we're safe for the rest of my 1300 mile trip.
I will always be indebted to them. They made my terrifying road trip so much better and made me feel safe and able to continue on.
