I have used Benefiel's on more than one occasion. They are always reasonable with their tow rates, treat every customer with respect and do their best to get a truck to you as quickly as possible. I once blew an engine in Tennesse, and they had back home to Southwest Iowa the next afternoon. My business, Botna Express, will be customers of Benefiel's Towing for life. As their old radio add always said, "We don't want an arm and a leg, just all your tows." Always loved the pun.
***NOT a SCAM*** They're Heroes!!! Our family of 5 was in trouble with our truck and camper nearing the end of a VERY long road trip. Our "roadside assistance" plan gave us the runaround and ultimately wanted us to wait 17 hours for the *start* of a window in which they might arrive. We saw a Benefiel repair truck on the opposite side of the highway, working on a Semi. We called the number on the side and the Janice was very professional and efficient. She called the mechanic and arranged to have him come to our situation when he finished with the trucker. Nate arrived in a little while, straight from his other call, and evaluated our camper tire that had blown a bearing and damaged the inside hardware of the wheel. He explained the initial service/call charge, and that the parts and installation needed would be additional. The parts were ordered from Nebraska City and delivered to our location. Nate installed them and gave us advice on how to safely monitor and assess the wheel on the rest of our drive, and what we needed to do in addition once we were 'home' 5 hours away. He advised us on documenting for insurance purposes, and guided us through the onsite payment process. The whole affair was over in 2.5 hours. I had no idea when we called them the magnitude of the problems they usually handle (see website photos), and I am humbled and SO GRATEFUL they took the time to help with our 'little problem' when no one else would. 10/10, 100% recommend!!! Thank you to Nate and everyone at Benefiel for their help that day. We made it home safe and sound!
They were way faster than I thought they would be and went above and beyond. Zach didn't just drip my truck off he got me to a hotel too. I would recommend them to anyone.
This company is a big SCAM. As you could see there are other review said the samething SCAM. If any truck driver dont believe me well good luck. As i said they are a BIG SCAM. They will take your money for doing nothing. When you call the office they will give you a price for 2 hour $175 and when the truck service mehanic come he will charge you more money and he will charge you for the travel time he come extra $175 and gas. Before i call i did my review and i did saw couple of review said stay away from them and i did not listen and i give them a call and they got me. When i call the office they was been rude and hang up the phone and so if truck driver give them a call good luck because they will SCAM you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS SCAM
The guys were fast, friendly and so helpful! My driver was at Council Bluffs, IA with an air leak, The guys got there in 1.5 hours and fixed it without any questions! Thank you
Overall decent service. One thing is watch, they are dishonest when it comes to prices when you call them and when it comes billing time. I needed roadside assistance a new tire. call them to get a price and gave them my tire size. they gave me the best price in the area out the door around $800. When it came to pay the bill almost $1100. I can understand a $50 difference but not $300 that’s BS. I would not recommend using them but if you have to confirm the price with the mechanic when he comes out before he starts working on your equipment.

my roadside asst service left me stranded for 2 hours “trying” to find help for me, as soon as they gave benefiel my contact info dispatch called right away. I had a flat tire off I 29 with 3 kids. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said she’d prioritize me bc of the kids and how long I’d been there. Tow truck arrived shortly after super friendly very quick tire change. I hope this never happens again but if it does, I’m bypassing roadside asst and calling benefiel directly. Thanks so much!!!
I had a bus break down in Nebraska, and had to get a trailer towed to Kansas City. Called them up asking if this was something they did. They said they could and someone would be there within the hour. Not 45 minutes later he showed up with a F350, had our trailer hooked up in about 15min, and was on the road. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Was fortunate to find them!
They gentleman that showed up was on time, very professional and polite. Took a look at my batteries and found a loose connection and even made sure all the other terminals were tight. Got me jump started and back on the road. Great service and they got out to me quickly! I highly recommend this company!
They are very dishonest and the clerical service really dont know what each other is doin they will tell you one price and charge you another i really encourage you not use them they have no heart for a family whose lose a loved one due to an accident that they tow

Had a air line made I had it off already and setting in there parking lot they charged me 256 bucks for a 30 dollar hose last year they put a wheel seals on a trailer for me for less then that will never do business there again
We were on our way to Memphis when are alternator went out we called Benefiel Truck Repair and they said to bring it in. They fixed it in 45 minutes got us back on the road. Very professional, very fast, and great prices... Truly amazing!!..One of the best shops we've ever been too..Thank You Benefiel
Thank You, Zach for the prompt, courteous, professional and excellent service! I was driving into Bellevue last Sunday night at 9:40 pm in a rental car from Fort Worth. My tire went flat on 75 North of Nebraska City. AAA dispatched Zach with Benefiel. I have never had a rental go flat on a dark highway late at night. Zach called me immediately after being dispatched and gave me precise times he would be there. The rental needed a special lug wrench which they didn't have with the tire and sent us to Eppley Airfield. The agent at Budget was horrible and took an hour to get me a replacement car. Zach stayed with me until I was safely on my way and then transported the car with the flat to a different lot for repair. It was almost 1 am when he left and I got my new car. Zach loves his work and it's such a pleasure to deal with a gentlemen, a professional and a family business who values each and every customer! Thank you for keeping me safe and making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. It couldn't have gone any better!
