Our car was broken down on way to Mom's cancer appointment in Iowa City. Simonson's came to our rescue analyzed the problem, towed us back to shop, then loaned us his own car to get to our appointment on time. He fixed the problem. We are so grateful. Great professional business, highly recommend them.

I came in to get my tire fixed. I was told there were no holes. I went somewhere else and they found 2 nails in my tire.

They towed my car after I was rear ended made sure that I was able to get my work supplies out before it was towed to the repair shop.

Very nice staff. We were traveling with our RV and we had a problem. We were told by Good Sam Club that they couldn't work on our RV till Monday this was on Thursday. Friday morning we spoke with Mark and he said he ordered the part and it will be ready about 12 PM. He called us at 11 am and said it was ready. Excellent customer service.
