WOW If I could give no stars that would still be more than these two deserved. The most rude unprofessional people I’ve ever come across. I’m quite sure these two could benefit from some customer service classes and the guy maybe needs an anger management course. The guy drove like a maniac, hoping out of his truck angry and acting childish. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. Great way to loose business which they did after we sent them on their way and called a real tow truck service that immediately came out and got the job done.

This company is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. They couldn’t even complete the basic job they were hired for—they failed to free my car and managed to damage it in the process. The person they sent was aggressive, disrespectful, and ultimately threatening. Avoid this company at all costs. They came to my location to remove my car, and the situation immediately spiraled. The employee spent the entire time insulting me while struggling to move the vehicle, and during his failed attempt he ruined my tire. I left a voicemail the next day asking how he planned to address the damage. He didn’t respond. When my girlfriend called to follow up, he answered with hostility right out of the gate, telling her to “spit it out, I’m busy,” and his replies throughout the call were profanity-laced and unapologetically rude. When she referenced my voicemail, he snapped, “turn me in—I’m not paying for anything.” When she asked if this was his idea of customer service, he escalated and made a direct threat, saying he knew where we lived and could “come handle it.” This business doesn’t just lack professionalism—they lack basic competence, accountability, and any sense of customer safety. They damage property, refuse responsibility, verbally abuse customers, and then make threats when questioned. Use any other company. No one deserves to deal with this kind of behavior.

ur business is terrible, sideswiped a random car on the highway and punched out their window, getting blood and gas all over, even all over the dog to. you guys are terrible and i don’t recommend going!

Went there and just about everyone is amazingly rude, also I’ve seen their tow truck driver driving like a newly licensed teenager.

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing behavior that was both immature and disrespectful. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had . If you’re looking for rudeness, immaturity, and the worst customer service imaginable, this place is a five-star experience.

Their tow truck driver speeding excessive 85 miles an hour, aggressively tailgate vehicle vehicles on route 30 highly unprofessional people. Phone number for the business does not work at all. Couldn’t call in any capacity to report this driver.

Quite ironic asking for the communities support, sympathy, and respect; regarding children on the spectrum as well as law enforcement. Yet treats people with absolute unwarranted disrespect for no valid reason. I’ll throw it out there that the tow truck driver from a different company that came and grabbed my car, happily let my dog in his tow truck, without throwing a fit like a child when I asked the simple question of if it’s okay that I have my dog with me. I’m not sure if you’re even aware that you come off incredibly disrespectful, but you do, which reading the other reviews it sounds like you treat people unbelievably low on the daily, and that’s probably why nobody donated to your fundraiser in support of autism speaks. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that that’s just how you are and I shouldn’t take it personally, however it gets to a point that that is just not how you talk to people lol, disgusting attitude. I suppose, luckily for you, my father who works with dealerships all across iowa, as well as nebraska, does not do business with you. I’d give out the sob story of everything that was going on, but for someone with such a nasty and unnecessary attitude, you’ve clearly got it much worse than I do, therefore I’m sure you couldn’t care to hold any empathy for others other than yourself. I had a little mishap and needed a tow. Was given a wait time of 90-120 minutes but they arrived in under 30. The people in the tow truck were more friendly than I could have hoped for. They offered me a ride to the shop and when I turned them down because my wife was almost there they checked to see if I needed the car seat in the back. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf and explained everything I needed to know. I couldn't have been more pleased with the bad situation I was in.

Called numerous times about a car, never received a call back...finally got thru a few days later she said they had the car ready , Drove 30 miles to get it and she tells us she sold the car last week and called and left us a voicemail which never happened....while cussing us out calling names ..Wouldnt recommended this place to anyone ..Save yourself the time and money and just go somewhere else ! Seems other reviews have had the same experience with this so called business ..AVOID THIS PLACE !

Woman I talk to wasn't friendly. All she did was tell me no to all my offers and wanted full price for the van. Van was totally misrepresented in the ad. Was not clean. Smelled funny. Be smart and buy elsewhere.

You know when you’re buying a car that’s only a few thousand dollars it’s a hit or miss you really got to know what you’re looking for. I bought a nice old Toyota from these guys, smooth buying experience paid the price on the window out the door. $1200 car runs great I got lucky. They purchase most of there cars at auctions, which means most of the cars are trade-ins at big dealerships. Sometimes ya find a Gem in there.

Bought a 2004 Trailblazer from them. Vehicle need a little work but the price was suited to the condition of the vehicle. Couldn't be happier with the service or their willingness to work with me. Thanks guys.

DO NOT BUY!!!! They sold me a car with the catalytic converter shot! Loose tie rod and bad brakes all around. They told me it was just sensors that were an issue. As soon as we left the lot the car wouldn’t go over 35 mph. I had to have the car towed to Davenport and had the shop write me up a list of issues. Now I’m paying almost 2,000 to get it fixed! I called and asked the woman who sold it to me to please refund me some of my money for the car or help pay for some of the repairs and she told me I was lying about the tie rod issue and started yelling at someone in the background and hung up on me!! Sad part is I was gonna recommend their lot to other people, I was even gonna but another car for my son from them. But her nasty attitude and unwillingness to help rectify this issue is disgusting! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT EVER!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Just bought a Van from them, was rushed and got short answers while trying to ask questions about the vehicle. When I was told the ball joints, tie rods and wheel bearings were just replaced. I wanted to take the van for a test drive and have my mechanic look it over while driving to the mechanic I got a call letting me know I needed to bring the Van back (10 mins). I needed a vehicle and was hoping to have friendly and honest dealer. Not only did my tire blow out on the interstate with my children in the Van, I came to learn they had the wrong size tires and the work that I told was done was Not.... I was told my New Van is not safe due to the ball joints and tie rod ends needing to be replaced. THANKS K&K AUTO FOR MAKING PUTTING MY CHILDREN AND I IN HARM'S WAY....

This place got some really nice cars. Bad credit or no credit customers are welcome. They'll work with you on monthly payments and best of all there is no financing. Just pay the base amount of how much they want for the car and then it's all paid for. Very nice ?? cars ??!!!!?

Drove in from out of town on a saturday to purchase a car, only to find the gate closed ( although it states they are open online). Called their towing number to find out if someone could help us so we could still look at/purchase the car. After answering the phone, the woman on the line hung up on me. Dont go on Saturday. We will not be going back.

I have to give 2 stars because the staff was helpful but i bought a truck 2/22/19 and 2/24/19 the rear end blew out nothing they can do because sold as is just wish someone would have said something beforehand and i would have fixed it before it cost me a bunch to tow it home and replace the whole rear end i could have just fixed a spider gear. I would say they didnt know that it was bad but it had broke previously and they made a new hole to accomodate the rest of the pin so it would hold a while otherwise love the truck ill fix it and ill dribe it forever just need to be a little more honest with people

I have had three vehicles from here all ran great and only had minor problems when it comes down to it you can’t beat the monthly prices. I have really bad credit and I’m thankful to have a place here in town that is willing to give you a car and reasonable prices I will keep going back to K&K for a long time to come!!!

Well so far so good. We got a car from them on 2-1-19 and we are totally in love with it. No financing and they want a $1,000 down and monthly payments of only $200 bucks! Very nice ?, respectful, and totally business like. Good people you can trust!! ?❣️??

Customer service in this place is completely nonexistent! Nearly was attacked by their flee infested dog on the loose upon entering the lot (if you can even call it that.) There was a rude lady at the counter smoking a cigarette who basically didn't want to service us because they close at 5pm however there was no sign displaying times of operation. I'd reccomend the city bus before I'd reccomend this place!

My Father bought me a car here and it immediately started smoking and had serious wiring and issues with a battery cable touching the EBR pipe and had to be rewired and several parts replaced. Repairs cost half of what the car did. Beware.

Got our conversion van here. The staff were friendly down to earth people. Family owned and operated. Bought the van a couple months ago at a fair price and have no questions. It is a sound van. Very comfortable. Would recommend checking this lot if you're looking for an affordable reliable used vehicle.

Do not buy a car from these rip off artist my 8mo pregnant daughter but a car from them and didn't even make it home before it broke down on the side of the road. I highly suggested going elsewhere don't spend your hard earned money with these cons. If I could i would give negative stars....

Bought my Daughter a vw beetle from them. A very honest couple. Told me flat out the known issues with the car and allowed a test drive to decide for myself. I wanted a fixer upper to give my kid some wrench turning but didnt want a pile of junk. The little beetle is a good car. Good cash price and they even delivered it to my house. They sell used cars so do your homework and make an informed purchase. These folks dont twist your arm. i will check with them when my next kid is in need of their first car! Thanks both of you!!!!!
