Decent place to buy stuff but not the best prices had our business account messed up

They put a steel roof on my elderly mother's house and now leaking. When we notified them said only had one year warranty. I've never heard of such a thing on a roof warranty. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly. I don't know how they are still in business. Very poor workmanship.
