Car wouldnt start after work. I called and they came and towed the car, gave me a ride to their shop. They gave me a loaner car and figured out the issue which happened to be the battery. They didnt say they were too busy to help or leave me stranded in the freezing cold. Thanks guys for helping. V

I took my Jeep in to have the door hinges worked on. They were sticking and there was rust showing through the paint in the hinges. They took the doors off, then removed the hinges and cleaned them up, then replaced the sleeves that the hinge pins go through with a different material that won't oxidize like the old ones did. They did a beautiful job! Then later in the week they did an oil change. They picked the car up in the morning and returned it that afternoon. Good job all around! I highly recommend them. Nice people too.
Professional and dependable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Meyer. I’ve never felt taken advantage of like I have at other places in the area. I highly recommend. Very thorough with oil changes, repairs and body work. I’ll never go any where else again.
Meyer Collision Center is the best of the best! They are friendly and professional. They are very thorough. They get you in when it is convenient for you. They even have a loaner vehicle if needed. I will not go anywhere else!
I've been going to Meyer Collision & Service Center since shortly after they opened in Guttenberg. I'm impressed with their attention to detail, professional work and affordable repairs. It's nice being able to call, set up an appointment and having them pick up, service and return your vehicle. They completely go over your vehicle during service and make sure there are no issues that need immediate attention and note issues that will be needing attention in the future. I like this so I can plan future repairs/parts needed replaced/scheduled maintenance. Fast friendly service and always dependable.
Meyer’s Auto Body does great work on all our vehicles! They are able to get us in promptly and also come to my work to pick up my car. Very reliable and friendly people!

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. Their communication is awful, was told it would take 3 days it took 8, OBD port connector was hanging loose when car was picked up, car was dropped off in Elkader and was taken to Guttenburg to be fixed and was not told this until I saw a sign had been posted. Would never recommend them!
Very easy to work with! The finished product looks great! Would highly recommend! Hopefully we won't have to be a returning customer, but if that happens we will be back.
Had some car body damage from a windstorm. Tried Meyer’s. They did a fabulous job. Courteous, fast, fair service. Our car looks like new! In addition, they did car wash and cleaned the interior! Looks like it just rolled off the dealer showroom! Super pleased!

They do put the confusion of what is wrong to you. I always tend to pay 10%-25% less than what is quoted every time. It's always a pleasant surprise to see the bill, versus quote.
