It's refreshing to actually have your truck repaired somewhere where they actually know what's wrong and how to fix it. Bruce and Kelly are awesome. They actually care and go out of their way to ensure that you are taken care of. A+

Called this place in hopes to getting some help after one of my trucks broke down on the side of the highway on a 100 degree day.
Bruce , shot over to my truck and seen that the Idler Pulley Seized destroying rear serpentine belt. Told us we had to get it hooked back to our shop in Omaha. Asked how much we owed and he told us to not worry about it!!

My husband and son were on their way out of the state with a tractor when they blew a tire. Hansens came out to change the tire and my husband was blown away by the service. The man talked to my 5 year old, wished them a happy Easter and got them back on the road in record time for WAY under what it would normally cost. Small town appreciation and fantastic customer service starts right there. Thanks for taking care of them Hansens Repair! The world needs more people like you.
Ran out of gas on a busy stretch of road towing a trailer. Called Hansen and they arrived promptly to get us going, then followed us to the next gas station to make sure we got there ok. At the station he pulled me aside to point out 4 missing lug nuts on my trailer wheel! If he hadn't caught this we would for sure have lost the wheel and who knows what would happen after that at freeway speeds. Grateful for the great service!
A huge thank you to Bruce for helping us out today with a tow. We were stuck on the highway after breaking down on our way back east and he was able to get our van and our family safely to the dealership to get it fixed. We’re now safely on our way home, largely in part thanks to Bruce!
Called ahead to ask if they could just check my tire pressures, they assured me that it would be no problem. When I got there the man was very rude and refused to help. I am old and from out of state.
One of our drivers ran out of fuel on the off ramp of the interstate and he came to help out and was done within an hour & a half! great service! If this ever happens again we will be sure to call again!
We were told to call Bruce Hansen and I’m so thankful we got that recommendation. Breaking down around 1 am and being far far from home, Bruce towed us to the next motel, towed us in the morning to the shop and stopped for us to have breakfast. The service we received was absolutely amazing and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and in good hands. We will always be extremely thankful for Bruce and Hansen Interstate Towing.
My sister and I were traveling back home and got a flat tire near the Atlantic exit, called AAA, they looked for over an hour and still couldn't find someone to come out and change the tire, would've done ourselves but didn't have right tools to get spare off. Any way, it took me 3 seconds to find someone close to come and help, within half an hour, Bruce was there and fixed the flat and put on the spare. He was very fast and friendly, and reasonable!!!
5-star +++ my girlfriend and I hit a deer on I-80 right near Atlantic. Next day called Bruce and he showed up 5 minutes later with the trailer. He got my keys and loaded up the car. Drove us to Des Moines. Excellent service, extremely kind. Don't hesitate to call

Had my truck repaired here. No waiting which was a relief, they got to work immediately, did the repair quickly, and for a reasonable price. Very happy with this repair shop.
Terrible nightmare, man is a dishonest. Will rip you off if given the chance. Changes price for towing. Refuse to release car and threatened higher cost. Consumer always gets the last word.
Got a flat tire right outside of Walnut on our first day of vacation. They came and picked us up no problem at all and gave us a ride back to the shop. Bruce was so nice and was showing us pictures of his grandkids, and he was just so personable. He even called around town to look for the correct size tire and he only charged us for the cost of the tire at $35. The tow was $150, which wasn't terrible. He made sure we were taken care of in this heat and gave us water and just made us feel really comfortable. I don't really plan on driving all the way out to Atlantic to do all my repairs, but they were wonderful when we were caught in a bind!
Had to make a quick stop here - don't be put off by the middle of nowhere appearance, the staff are very friendly and helpful and their bathrooms are very clean
