Took a vehicle in for automotive scrape vehicle had brand new tires on it that i wanted to keep didn't think it would be right to take a vehicle in with no tires on it made a deal to have them.Get me a used set of tires.If I left the tires on the vehicle. I was told that they would have the tires for me within the next week or two , when I tried repeatedly to call back to get the set of tires , I got the runaround the first two times I talked to somebody then they stopped answering my phone calls. Had good interactions with them in the past. But now that it's been several months, and I don't even need a set of tires cause I found them elsewhere, I still have never been made whole or had a phone call from them.
Called Aikey Auto Salvage trying to help one of my career long customers out they had part on hand and gave me the ability to make my customers vacation plans go on as planned more than satisfied with them and their staff
Gave me a fair value for my old scrap car. Even willing to pick it up for a small fee off the total. Was in and out in less that 10 minutes. Will love to work with them again in the future.
Honestly do not even waste your time with this company. Truly, it really is a waste of time. The company would rather hold onto inventory, instead of selling it.
Great service and price. Getting used tires is such a life hack! 1/3 the price you would pay new. Got 80% tread left on 4 tires for $125 plus another $100 to get them put on. I stayed in my car and they had the tires on in about 15 minutes without an appt. Fast and friendly service. Smooth and easy process. Will be back!

I was able to get 4 new/used tires with 80-90% tread on my dodge journey same day, same HOUR as I called to see if they had any! AND ON TOP OF THAT they also mounted them on the spot! These guys are awesome and will take care of you ASAP! Thanks Aikeys!

Talked to Chris looking for a special part for Chevy Tracker, he sent his man out to check. Called me back, he had the part removed already and could ship same day to Oregon and a great price. Need more people like Chris!!!!
Asked for a seat and center console. Didn't have what I was looking for Chris looked on online found exactly what I was looking for at a different yard took a week to arrive very very happy with the service and the parts! Price wasn't bad either will shop here again
I sold a vehicle to them and bought car window. It was a good experience both times thanks. It was quick and simple to figure out if they had what I needed and easy to get to the office. I definitely recommend it to someone if they are junking s vehicle or need parts for one!!
These guys helped me get my car parts for CHEAP. I bought 2 car parts there for 40 dollars. The car dealership was going to charge me 240 for parts and installation. The guys at Aikey were willing to give me the parts and do a full installation for 90. These guys do honest work and they're really cool to talk to.
I called for a part the day before and was told they would call me in the morning of the following day when the part was pulled, never got a call back until I called ar 1230 and they said the part was broken and that they couldn't help me, now I'm struggling trying to find the part somewhere else so I can make it to work, thanks for nothing, go cause another insurance fraud fire
Called them on December 31st for a price I could get for my vehicle. Originally they told me four hundred, minus the tow. Only got one hundred and seventy five. Called them again today to officially pick it up. Had me on hold for what felt like forever. Kept transferring me over and over. Than when I had finally got to the right person, they said he should be there soon. Had me wait for an hour and a half. Probably not going to do business with this place again.
Read the rough reviews but called because I needed a part. After receiving a call back telling me they had "pulled" my part, I drove over an hour to pick it up. It took them 10 minutes to acknowledge I was there, then couldn't find the paperwork, then showed me the wrong part, then disappeared for 10 minutes, then told me it wasn't pulled, then 10 minutes later told me they busted it, then said they could get me another one if I wanted to come back tomorrow. Believe the rough reviews here....
I called to get a vin number to cross my part and was given immediately. She was very prompt and nice even though I called her sir. What most people don't understand is that in our business the phones ring non-stop so it's easy to get put on hold.
