Aside from a slight glitch, the drivers in this company go above & beyond to help people in need of towing. Every driver I've had was friendly, reliable and professional.
I'd recommend this company for towing needs.
P.S. Always have AAA. A year of it costs less one towing services. You don't know you need towing until you do (!)

one pre-recorded text ("stating due to the high volume in your area the wait time may be longer") yeah what? I'm right here in Waterloo Iowa wait time, there must only be one service station taking AAA calls. No complaints about the employee (driver) he was very helpful and nice.
Just want to give a big shout out to Valley Wide Towing! My car had to be towed to the dealer last week and Valley Wide showed up within 10 minutes. Blake was kind, professional, and very helpful. My road-side assistance company couldn't locate my location from my GPS coordinates, but the driver knew exactly were I was with just a few descriptions. Very quick to arrive (less than the 10-15 minutes I was quoted), very quick to load, and very courteous. Highly recommend!
