I went to buy a radiator from the yard for a 2010 camry, and when I went to get it replaced the mechanic told me when it was taken out it was also destroyed in the process. you guys have absolutely no clue what your doing!!
Needed a mirror for my focus. Guy at the front counter was awesome and got it squared away quickly and had a great conversation. Mentioned they had plenty of other parts if I needed them. Definitely coming back since I’m going to need a few more to fix it up right.
They are a great to go to for used auto parts! I needed a part, and well I only asked about another one and let's just say not many people/places do that kinda thing. I'm very very happy with my experience, they also sell used cars really cheap too. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap reliable replacement with amazing customer service to boot.
Today I needed a different alternator. This business had one in stock that fit perfectly on my vehicle. They gave it to me for a "very good price". I would always recommend this Salvage Yard to anyone in the area.
Just got off the phone with a guy that called me saying my rims that I called about yesterday were ready. Well I thought I was going to get a call back about them yesterday saying they’re ready and come by anytime tomorrow to get them, but just got back from getting them from somewhere else, because thought they’d forgot. I told the guy “is it okay if I actually pass on them for now” and he said “oh for f$&k sake” and hung up. Completely rude and wasn’t called for. What if something came up like an emergency on my end and couldn’t make it?! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Terrible service, poor attitude and can't get parts out on time, won't get back to you with tracking info, don't waste your time with this business, there are plenty of other yards in Waterloo that can actually help you. Waited a week for a single door to ship and the salesman says your lucky it wasn't 2 weeks. He blames everyone one else for all the problems. What a joke.

good prices too. i was offered $250 for a used mirror on my car and i got it here for $75. lots of cars, mirror has held up and works too. they went and got the parts for me too, although i wouldve been fine taking it off myself if i had to
My alternator in my car went out and I was able to retrieve an alternator from Wilbur's Auto Salvage. And thanks to the front desk man I think it's either Matt or Mac he was gentle and understanding and very helpful with making the part that now runs my running car/ battery for free. Don't get me wrong he runs his business with a tight shift but he recognized true need and blessings when he saw my situation. Thank you so much Matt you're kindness and pay it forwardness is now in the public eye and hopefully it keeps it going again for the many years that has been going. Pay It Forward people our world is turning into such an ugly place I needed that reminder that there are still kind people out there thank you Matt.
do not ever buy anything from these people these people sent me some headlights in the mail they won’t let me return them they won’t send me a return slip I do not want them. they didn’t even send me the proper lights got a Mac Gibbon not nice Person and anyone who answers the phone body unless he’s there this will go to the Better Business Bureau
Super helpful! Turns out the part I needed was rusted out but they let me know before shipping or charging me. Definitely recommend them for used auto parts!
At a time when suppliers struggle to keep up with demand and everyone is booked solid for months these guys keep the parts coming so we can keep the cars moving. Matt will handle whatever you throw at him. If he can't he'll tell you who can.
Credit fraud alert!!! Worst place scam artist I called and ordered a part and was told it was shipped a couple of days later, no tracking number no account reflection of this at all, Fast forward I went to pay for gas and my card had been declined I instantly called my bank and found out there had been two of what they called test charges in Iowa (which is not the state I live in)one for $1.99 and the other for $5.00, needless to say the card was canceled and the very next day I received a call from guess who wilbers the manager stating he was trying to charge me for the part I ordered 2 weeks prior I explained to him that I was told that my part was shipped a week ago he got upset used all type of profane language and hung up, I had a good laugh Becouse these scammers may have tried the card again for another fraudulent purchase but was upset when it didn’t work. Stay far far far away from these scam artist. And always check your account if your ordering over the phone.
I bought a motor for my truck and ended up being the wrong fireing order and they switched it out for the one i needed with no ?s they were very nice and respectful i will continue to do my bussines here and would recomend them to everyone
Five star place. Matt was pretty helpful and always tried to help customers. They searched for the part I wanted in 3 vehicles but it turned out that they don't have it. He suggested to try at a different place. Still, I would go there again. Great prices and helpful people.
I have had best experiences dealing with Matt at Wilber Auto Salvage. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very nice to work with. They have great warranties and great used parts. Never had any problems with them.
Very rude, confronted the male clerk answering the phone about his attitude towards customer's. He called me back harassing me, said he was the manager and the owner. Told me if i had a problem come down and solve it. Than said if i showed up he would call the cops. Complete horses ass!!! Never get our business again. NOT HAPPY TOTAL. T&A SPECIAL
We needed parts different times for our Dodge minivan. I asked the guy to quote me a price because I'm used to parts places giving me one price on the phone, only to jack it up once my wife walks through the door. The gentleman on the phone at this place said that they don't treat women poorly. I can attest to that. My wife goes into this place and they treat her no differently than if I were there. If you're a woman looking to get treated fairly, this place is the place. Very good people here with very fair prices.
He gives fair prices and will explain things. The customer service is on point. Great place, one of the best auto places to go in the cedar valley! I have been coming to him for years and will for many to come. I would recommend this place to anyone!
