TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DO JOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They claim that the package is lost and refuse to make a refund or send you a new item.

Had unexpected damage to the connecting wires from truck to trailer and was very grateful to Brayden for getting the needed adaptations and repairs in a short time to get me back on the road hauling for a big job. His work included the pigtail and set up if future repairs are needed, shortening chains and adapting brakes. Everything was in good working order and the trip a success. I highly recommend V Haag's for sound advice and excellent work, plus courtesy!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid 13K for a motor didn't last 100 miles. Sense it took me a while to get it put in, they said the warranty had run out. I guess this is how they make their money by selling junk.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Vander Haag's Spencer, IA location. Our wheel motor on our Bobcat T770 went bad, and I took a chance on a used one from them. After driving 12 hours round trip to pick it up, I came back and installed it the next day, only to find out it was bad. I called them up, and they refunded the almost $3k right away with video proof and didn't even want the bad part back. From Tim, the initial salesperson, to the front counter people and the shipping team, everyone provided an exceptional level of customer service. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Vander Haag's Spencer location for their outstanding customer service and integrity.

I purchased a radiator for a 71-80 i.h loadstar..to install in a 1964 loadstar..I had done alot of home work to be sure vanderhaags part number would cross to the part number I had..and Long story short...all worked out..so you i.h. guys take note haha..good communication and easy to work with...definitely be a goto place in the future..should i need more parts....appreciate y'all.... Easy to work with when we called with questions before the purchase and clear through returning the engine core. We had an issue with delivery (not their fault) and they were fantastic to work with. Engine we purchased fit like a glove. We would definitely purchase from them again!

Very pleased with the way the truck turned out! It went from very well rotted to a fine piece of machinery thanks to Jobey and his crew at the body shop. Picked it up today and bringing it back home so it can get to work!!

This place has a lot of amazing deals on truck parts and it’s one of the first places iv seen that the part was cheap and advertised correctly with not an outrages shipping fee. I ordered a new part and it came with everything pictured and a few more parts like the bolts to actually fit what I bought. Also called them to get a tracking number and they were pretty quick to grab that information with out me having to wait on hold. I was very pleased with the employees of this place and how much knowledge they had on what I was even ordering. Fantastic service and fantastic equipment in my opinion Jeff Baker who helped me on the phone was worth every penny these guys pay him.
