Hello, during the recent snowstorm, my son needed a tow. As a parent of a college student, hearing that your son was stuck on the side of the road was terrifying. After trying for over two hours to find a tow company. I was connected with you. Within 20 minutes, the tow truck was there. I want to thank the dispatcher named rich, and the tow truck driver Josh. My son was back on campus within 30 minutes. Fast efficient, and no longer on the side of the road and sub degree temperatures.. excellent excellent service. Thank you.

Josh was very kind and helpful in getting my car to start after the cold killed my battery. Thank you so much!!!!

Very glad to have had this towing company and an incredible driver during my recent episode with Indiana's guant pothole. They were quick to respond, arrived before estimated, and the driver was immensely kind and welcoming. I used them again the following day to get my vehicle to a repair shop and the 2nd time was just as good as the first.

Lifesaver! Seriously though, our truck broke down on the side of the interstate. We called our insurance for a tow and proceeded to wait for 3 hours. We then called the police for another option and they gave us a few numbers to try. This company answered their phones promptly and told me that it might be a wait. I told them I was willing to try. The driver called me back 10 minutes later and gave me an ETA. I was so happy! He gave us an estimate for their service and helped us out a great deal. They showed up when they said they would, and the driver was most concerned with our safety and getting us warm, and then with taking good care of our vehicle. I hope you don't need their services, but if you do, this is the company to call. THANK YOU!!

We recently used Pardo's to tow a couple of cars from Lafayette to Richmond's high school auto program. All of Pardo's employees were friendly and incredibly helpful. Jeffery was our driver and he did an absolutely awesome job! I have recommended this towing company for years and I highly recommend that you use them in the future! Thank you Pardo's! They changed me $150 to come let me in my car which they never came they said there person broke down and wanted to charge me another $99 to send someone different and I told them no to just cancel it and they changed my card $79 to cancel it even know they didn't come and help me

I will never recommend your company and I will advise everyone I know and do business with to never use your company either. My wife’s friend had a wreck. She had items in her car that she needed help in getting. She called asking for help and since I have a truck I came to help. Having never been to pardos before I did not know where to go. I parked in front of the office and called that I was there. I was in the wrong spot she and the friend she was with were with a dark haired younger man by some white gates, I asked if it was okay to park behind them and they said yes. I moved over to them and before I could lower my tail gate, a blondish haired middle aged woman was yelling mid way across the parking lot. I couldn’t make out what she was saying and asked what it was, she said something to the effect that I didn’t sign in, I told her that I didn’t know. Again I have never been there before. However her tone of voice, yelling, her unprofessionalism and then proceeding to state she was going to call the police when all we were doing was collecting the items out of her car. The young man that is also an employee of yours stood right there and knew I was just helping and never said a word to me. However the woman was very rude, very unprofessional, borderline harassing. I will be filing a report with the police department. Contacting the state attorney general’s offices. As well as showing them the video proof of your employees behavior since my truck has both forward and rear facing dash cameras.

Jeffrey helped us off busy I70 when we had a flat. He had our car on his flatbed within minutes of me calling him. Knowledgeable and knows the area and took us to a repair shop. I’m so glad we called rather than put the spare on ourselves - less time in dangerous conditions and tire replaced rather than limping on the emergency tire

We had one of our cars break down on 70 last night. Fantastic service! They answered right away, showed up quickly, and handled my terrible directions with a smile! Also was more affordable than the others we called, very grateful

My husband and I are in the middle of a move, cross country. To say it has been a disaster is an understatement. Two nights ago, we got caught in an awful hailstorm in Kansas and then this evening, we got a flat tire in Indiana. For some silly reason, new Audis do not come with spare tires anymore. Instead, they give you a can of Audi brand fix a flat. Our tire had such an enormous hole that this was not an option for us. Did I mention we are traveling with two dogs and two cats also? We were stuck on the side of the road for 2.5 hours until Josh came to rescue us. Not only did he pick us up, he called some local pet friendly hotels to see if they had vacancy and dropped my vehicle off at a tire place so in the morning, I could get everything fixed up. My truck broke down on I-70, and of course, I was very upset. I called another company and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money. So, I called Pardo's. Not only was the driver wonderful but, so was the guy who answered the phone. I just wanted these guys to know they turned a horrific experience into a pleasant one. Thank you.

Wonderful service!!! Xmas Eve and we had our back tire blew out! Then the spare did 10 minutes later. PEDRO'S didn't hesitate. Helped us immediately. Towed us back to shop, fixed us up, and was very reasonable with the price.

Went to get parts for another large recovery vehicle - first time there & only there a few minutes - friendly office staff & drivers. Everything was ready for me boxed up with invoice when I arrived!

Chad was great! After getting off the phone with the operator he had me hooked up, towed and had the job done with an hour and a half of the call. Would 10/10 recommend him for any job, anywhere.

Chad came out today and got rid of an abandoned vehicle that had been on my property for way too long. No hassle. No fuss. Great service! And I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of towing. Thanks a ton man!

I called Pardos to tow a car from my home to the Dealer. They were here when they said they would be, had the car on the trailer and were gone in about 15 minutes. We always use Pardos for our needs and have for several years. Chad is an excellent employee. Very nice young man.

I can’t say anything good about this company. Truck wasn’t starting. The Jack showed up. Towed my truck to truck stop. Disconnected the drive shaft while towing. Than dropped my truck in truck stop and left, without connecting drive shaft back. We changed battery, started the truck, but can’t drive because drive shaft is disconnected. I called them back. They said he will show up and fix it. But, after few hours, the Jack answered the call. And said kiss his back, they tow, they dismount and drop. They are not supposed to put driveshaft back, even after they disconnected it. On top of everything, he dragged that shaft all the way from pickup. Causing more damage. They are not mechanics to do it. Now I have to call service call to fix my drive shaft. It’s not the company you want to trust in your worst day. Please avoid. And I am not even talking about 600$ for 3 miles…

Driver was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my tow. I had a fender bender on I-70 east. They came fast and worked quickly to get me off the road safely. I highly recommend these guys every time. I thank you and so does the company. I didnt catch the drivers name(Son-inlaw of owners). He is far the best tow driver I experienced
