Very rude and inconsiderate and no common Courtesy! I pulled into a culdisac and the tow truck was halfway in the road with at least 4 feet behind to back up and let me pass so I could get to my job. He sits there for 2 mins before getting out and slowly getting the vehicle that hes there to tow. I sat there for 20 mins as just took his sweet time. A little common Courtesy goes a long way and if this is how your truck drivers choose to treat others than its a huge reflection on your company! He could have moved 2 ft and waited 5 seconds for me to pass. I could have gotten to work sooner and he could have done exactly what he did and there would be no 1 star review
Thank you so much I drive 18 wheeler I got stuck in snow at 144 rest area driver arrived at the time frame they gave me he took my truck out in 10 min on phone they gave me estimate but when he show up the job was easy so he already decreased amount by 500 doller even I didn’t ask him yet thank you guys for help thanks jay or Jake I forget your name
Our truck was stuck in gear and out of air.. All we needed from their mechanic was to air up the system to release the brakes and roll the truck forward a few inches to pop it out of gear and into neutral... Our 2016 Volvo d13 will only start in neutral..
Their mechanic insisted the truck had transmission problems, and would not offer any assistance other than to tow it to their shop..
Englewood DOES NOT offer roadside repairs or assistance, it is just a money grab by insisting the truck could not be repaired on the roadside.... And had to be towed to their repair shop..
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
JJ was the best! I really appreciate him! He is a great guy and is great at his job! We laughed and he got me and my truck back to the yard safe! Thank you again JJ! You deserve a bonus! He is the best in the country!
These guys are top notch. After being broke down 2 days and 2 other companies coming out and not being able to get the job done, Justin and Matt showed up earlier then expected and had me hooked up ready to roll in no time. Had an issue with the tractor suspension not airing up and they immediately ran and got the parts and fixed it on the spot to be able to tow to dealer. Definitely recommend these guys, specifically Westside Englewood.👌
The driver showed up an hour and 15 minutes earlier than what they had told me. Awesome service, Driver was very experienced with a great personality! Even dropped me off at a hotel. Highly recommend the company.
Englewood was spectacular and I can’t say enough good things about them and also their employee Julio. Julio did an awesome job and was very quick, efficient, and informative.
I spent about an hour with Julio from the time he rescued me on the side of the highway until the time he dropped me off with my truck and my trailer. He told me a little backstory of how he got to where he was today, and it truly was very inspiring and motivating. He works hard, has good intentions, and was a very nice and caring person. I’ve never even really stopped to think about what tow truck drivers endure on the daily, the things the see, or the long and hard hours they work to provide for their families and take care of the community. Julio certainly opened my eyes to the industry more and I most definitely have a lot more respect and appreciation for them now than I did before.
Thank you Julio and thank you Englewood. I don’t know much about the tow industry or the equipment used but you can certainly tell Englewood has state of the art equipment, technology, and superior staff to help with any and all of your rescue, tow, and heavy duty needs! 10/10 would recommend them to family and friends!

The Driver Showed up in his Car while I waited for a Rotator..this Driver Realized he could do the Job with His 30 ton Wrecker..he came back in 15 minutes..got the job done in 30 minutes..Super Cool Guy an Great at His Job...

Had a load shift on my trailer on I-70. Your crew came out and got the load back in place and secured. One driver even followed me down the highway for about 20 miles to make sure the load didn't shift again. Thanks again. Sorry for interrupting your holiday
Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue so i was able to get back on the road! They also stayed to be sure the new strap they put on my trucks ramp didn’t get stuck in my lift gate again lol!
Englewood towing showed up to my disabled tractor in record time. Matt , the tow truck driver was very helpful and professional. Everyone on the phone was courteous and helped me through the process from beginning to end. These folks are the best!!

Blew tire on truck. Marcus was great. Very personable and professional. He also was prepared with extra parts to cap my reserve tanks that got damaged by blown tire.
These guys towed me to the KW dealership IN CINCINNATI. I would have given them 5 stars but I feel like that takes away the legitimacy of my review. They wore professional, courteous and prompt. So here is their 5 stars.!!!

I am a commercial driver who was looking for a place to park and pulled into a parking lot that I decided was too small to stay in. So as I left the parking lot, my DOT bumper caught the big rock at the entrance and pulled it into the street, damaging the bumper, and some of the brake chambers on the trailer. The wrecker driver did an awesome job moving the big bolder back into place. Then he repaired my brake to hold while I drove 2 miles to the wrecker company's yard for me to park and get a hold of my company to figure out what they wanted to do with my truck and trailer. This is definitely a great company.
My charter bus was leaking coolant. He came right out and saw what the issue was and set about finding a tow truck that could handle. big bus. Stayed with me until the truck arrived. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. I can’t thank him enough for all that he did today.
They sent the nicest tow truck driver I've ever met to Batesville Indiana at 2am to get me. He showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was very professional and understanding of a stressful situation. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
I broke down right in the middle of Main street in Hamilton Ohio. The driver arrived much faster than I anticipated. He was clean , courteous and efficient. He understood all the intricacies of towing a loaded car hauler. He did a great job.
Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely respectful, and very relatable as he explained the reasons for my truck’s behavior. Highly recommend him and the business. I’m a Uhaul cross country truck driver with an auto transport tow hook up. He Went above and beyond to perform diagnostic fluid and brake analysis. He also checked over the truck and tow equipment to ensure everything was properly functioning and secured. Shared lots of information through verbal driver education to help me learn the idiosyncrasies of my truck compared to my personal car that I was towing. Waited to make sure I was out of the parking lot and on my way safely. Keep up the excellent work. Happy New Year to you and yours.
Coolant fitting broke. Service was on site with the hour. The mechanic was very knowledgeable on how to repair it. He had all the appropriate tools and parts on the service truck to complete the repair correctly. The repair was completed in about an hour. I was very impressed with the timelines and professional demeanour of Englewood and their service staff.
