Paid them 1100 bucks to fix the heat in my jeep they destroyed the shift indicator in my jeep didn't even bother to clean the broken pieces of plastic out of the hole left around my shifter forgot to plug the windshield wipers in so I had to bring it back and when I received it back the dash was put back on again wrong so I had to fix it myself and now that it's starting to get cold the heat doesn't even work. I have lost all faith in J&J and would never bring anything there again and would advise you not to either they just slap things together and break your things rushing through only to get you a product that doesn't even work.
Take a Toyota forerunner to have rack and pinion put on it when to pick it app, front driver, tire was flat and after they had put the rack and pinion in the driver's side tire. When the steering wheel was turned straight, the passenger tire was straight the driver's stuck out. To the left really far, I said something to them about it, and they said, I had to take it and get it aligned. We left 3 miles down the road it broke again.
The new part we had just put in. I've not been back since nor will I ever go there again
J&J is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. They are very knowledgeable and quick. They keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle. I recommend J&J to anyone that needs their vehicles worked on.
I highly recommend this place, they were very professional and honest. They did a great job on my car, and I would definitely go back. I pray GOD will continue to Bless them.
Only place we allow to service our vehicles. We are always treated well. The staff, is very knowledgeable and explain everything to us. Also, fair pricing for parts and services. We will return for our motor babies needs!
Worst repair shop in indiana they are slow put used parts on your vehicle but charges like they are new I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy their jackleg mechanics don't have a clue how to repair a vehicle
Had a new engine put in my scion here they took 6 months longer then promised then the the engin was the factory on they just made it run 2600 more miles ....before the first oil change it blew up!!!! No warrantee honored at all ...beware they are scamers and theifs if you go here be prepared to be stolen from
Replaced the motor in an older car with another used one, and a guarantee. for the price that Deasy's wanted for just Labor alone, not counting the motor .
They were very good. First time they kept my vehicle longer than I would have liked, but second time they had me finished in a few hours. Reasonable price, too.
Excellent auto repair shop! I just had the engine replaced in my 2001 ford Sport Trac by them. The quality of work was excellent and their price was the best around.
I needed to repair my automobile. J & J is good and inexpensive, but very slow. They do good repair, but they take their time. My neighbor suggested them to me and had the same caveats.
Keeps calling my special needs daughter about stolen items. Evidently has wrong phone number but, keeps calling anyway. We have never owned a Volvo and my daughter can't even drive. Considering a law suit.
