I was scheduled to received a tow service for my blue Odyssey via the car insurance.
The person in charge of the tow refused to assist arguing a pile of ice was blocking the vehicle. I will enclose a picture of the scene.
Either Fix Auto LLC and Progressive are not reliable providers in their respective fields.
Terrible company.. there tow truck ppl basically after a long wait came and said there’s nothing they could do because there was a truck in the way the owner of the truck said her husband was 5 mins away to come move it out the way so they can get to me and they said sorry mam nothing we can do and left me stranded …
Sold me a car without the title, told me they would mail it and never did, then proceeded to get upset when I asked him about it all because he forgot to do it. They spell their names wrong and are very uncooperative. 0/10 would not recommend because they will scam you. !!!!
DO NIT BUT FROM THIS PLACE! They will scam you out of your money for junk cars. Didn’t have the vehicle 5 days before it broke down and left us stranded with a possible locked engine. They won’t work with you either SCAM

Had a flat on my car. They took 2 hours to get to me. Then we he gets here the driver has his wife with him. And proceeds to tell me that he didn't know I was going with the vehicle. Then says he can't tow it with out ripping off my bummer and exhaust. Worst company. If I could I would give 0 stars I would
