It would be great if they had accurate information on what hours their Lebanon scrap yard is open. Evidently the only way for me to find out is drive 16 miles round trip to find out they are closed every other Thursday. You call the phone number and they don't know because it is the main office and this Lebanon facility is managed by a contractor and they have no phone number. Great business model.
I took a large load of scrap metal here and had a fantastic experience. Jacob was super helpful with unloading the metal and even provided tips on the different metal classifications. Holly handled the weighing and paperwork, and she was super polite. It was an easy process with a great payout.
My daughter is giving this business a one-star review due to their dishonest pricing practices. As a female customer, she was quoted one price over the phone, but after the job was completed, the price changed. She has a recording of one of their dispatchers admitting that this Lebanon facility is notorious for making their own rules and engaging in such deceptive behavior. This is unacceptable and unethical.
After getting my vehicle impounded to this location, the guy at the front with glasses was so rude. He made my lift driver wait over 20 minutes before he was able to take his information and then he kept saying there was no way to proof that He was a Lyft driver. Even after showing the drivers license, witch is the only thing required. When I raise my concerns, he kept threatening me with calling the cops and getting me out of the office. after that when we go to the yard, they had to move some cars and other guy drove straight to me so I have to move out of the way!!! Worst experience ever.
Got my car impounded by these people on pendleton pike they stole my 800$ flip phone someone answered it and turned it back off also stole my silver chain watch and 200$ horrible pinged my phone to their tow yard stay away from these thieves
tried to use them because they were local. They used a call center and dispatched to another company. then after the car was delivered they called twice to try to get additional money
How the heck are these people in business? My daughter broke down north of Lebanon. They contracted to another vendor after we paid $300 then they wanted another $75 after their contractor was cancelled and threatened to repo our car. DONT USE THEM..

They impounding a vehicle I was driving and they stole my Dewalt impact drills and batteries and charger and a bottle of my cologne. They must don’t pay their workers a good wage if they got to steal from Paying customers don’t trust this company to tow your vehicle.
Called to get a winch and received a call back a minute later that they canceled the service call. Who does that? Clearly they do not care about people
Let me start by saying this is not a Tow yard this is a scrapyard: where I had to recover my semi-truck. My semi-truck was wrongfully towed from a free TA parking lot in whitestown. The charge was $1200 plus dollars In which they added on more fees after I the paid in full. I really can say more but I will stop here.
Initially, it was a challenge to get into contact with them, but once that was established, things worked out efficiently. If not for that, I would have given five stars.
The staff on site was excellent to work with in resolving a complicated release. None of which was their fault. Including the aforementioned being hard to reach.
We were much more concerned with our family member's recovery at the time.
I definitely want to express my appreciation for how hard they went to avoid making it more complicated than it already was.
The Jeep did her job and saved a precious life. We wanted to give her a proper send off.

Don’t use this place if you need something done immediately. And no one that answers the phone knows anything they all tell you different information and they are unprofessional. That’s why they have a low rating as it is.
I lost a steer tire in a work zone and was stopped in the right lane of travel. The tow truck operator showed up quickly in the middle of the night, got me to a safe place, and was a very pleasant person to work with. The prices were very fair and I would strongly recommend this company. Thank you!
Had an issue with sparkplug breaking off in cylinder head. Towed my f-150 twice! Did everything I asked and the operator seemed like he enjoyed his job.
My truck lost its brakes the other night around 2:30am. I called Zores cause they were the closest 24 hour towing company around. Well I’m glad I did! The dispatcher said the guy would be there within 30-45 minutes. The tow truck drive Zach was there with in 15-20 minutes, very professional, and took care of my truck like it was his own! The price wasn’t bad at all either.. I will be calling them again when and if I need another tow!!!
Owner is very unprofessional. Only thinking how to charge you. Very dirty and filthy place. They wanted $1200 for semi truck towing to chicago. Affordable towing from crestwood il did for $800.
Had a blow out on 65 near lebanon... fast friendly exceptional service. Pouring down rain and he was as nice as could be. Our tow drivers name was Brandon. Thank you for the quick turnaround time and for getting us off the interstate
