The best towing company in the area, dont even try to call All Fleet its waste of money, we ordered towing and they sent road service we didnt ask, charged us $750 for nothing. Paddack`s take us to M&K Truck Volvo dealer it was just 10 miles ahead of our broken truck. We didnt even know about this dealer. 5 out of 5 ! Considering the awful snow storm we're having, I was suprised at how quickly he got here, and how he kept me updated on his arrival times. Plus he was so quick and professional my car was back on the road in less then ten minutes! I appreciate all of the workers here! ?
My husband owns a Box Truck company called Diaz & Crew Transportation LLC, for all freight needs. Our driver messed up our box truck and we were striking out calling many places to get a tow. THANKFULLY, Reagan answered the 2am call on a Saturday morning to help coordinate the tow and driver Dakota was able to safely deliver our box truck to the mechanic! Came to pull me out of a ditch in 45 minutes.
I wanted to add that the operator who pulled me out went above and beyond and helped me reseat my rear coil spring which came loose. I told him he didn’t have to but he made sure it got fixed and I got home. Was a bit steep on price but it’s about the going rate around here so that’s just simply due to inflation I’d say.

Great service! Ran over some black ice and ended up in a ditch driving southbound on 65. The tow driver was very communicative and called me a few times to give me updates on when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he got me out very quickly. Overall, it was a very positive experience (as positive as it can be when you end up in a ditch), and the price was very reasonable.
This tire was a NIGHTMARE... Two drivers and Hercules couldn't get the last lug, but they patiently worked at it for nearly two hours before having to give up on the roadside repair until morning. The next day they got me to the experts who used blasting caps and a hydraulic pylon driver to finally free the lug nut from hell... I couldn't be more thankful to everyone from Paddack's for their help!
Daryn came out in the middle of the night to help me with a load that had shifted on my trailer. He was very professional and quick. He helped me lift the piece off my trailer and get it reloaded safely with no damage. I will call Paddacks if I ever need help with a wrecker in Indiana.
