⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Hargett Automotive during an inspection of my 2010 Camaro SS. They were honest, thorough, and quickly found the issue. Maddie in customer service went above and beyond by handling the insurance claim completely—I didn’t have to deal with anything. The problem was resolved in a timely manner, and the whole process was stress-free. I’ve taken all of my vehicles here and will continue to do so. Highly recommend for trustworthy automotive service.

I was looking for a tire shop to mount four new tires I bought online from Walmart to four new rims I also bought online. They were to go on a 2000 Avalon I bought new in 2000 and was going to give to my granddaughter. The website showed that this place wasn't just a tire shop but a full automotive repair shop so I was leary about whether they would actually take the time to do a minor job like what I wanted which was simply to mount the new tires to the new rims, (not mags, just steel rims), and balance them. I was intrigued by their website for other reasons though, being that I have four other vehicles, all that I bought new, a '95 F150, '06 Mustang GT, an '06 Scion XB modified with a hydraulic wheelchair ramp and a 2022 Kia Singer GT 1. I no longer had a shop for these vehicles except the Stinger which was still under warranty, since the shop I had used for years had closed. I still do the easier maintenance on my stuff but sometimes a shop is needed and I thought this might be a good way to gauge this shop's worth. I question the honesty of this shop when the reason they gave for saying they could not mount new tires to new steel rims and not even have to install on a car was because of liability issues. They either wouldn't tell me it was because it wasn't profitable enough and they didn't want to take up their time doing it, (an excuse I can understand), or they have no confidence in their work abilities, (a reason I would not believe). Anyway, I don't think I'd be able to believe them enough to trust them on bigger jobs for my other vehicles.

Very professional about their work, very clean inside and out business, you will be sent pictures/estimates of your vehicles problems/fixes through text. Top notch auto care, it is a little high in price but very well worth having a peace of mind knowing that they are doing their best in taking care of your vehicle, highly recommend and will use them again

Awesome mechanics and people running this business! Got our 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 in FAST! They are incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned with all the typical car repairs you’d need, but are also experts in the ELECTRICAL department; because that’s the debacle we found ourselves to be in. I’m going to list everyone’s names I worked with but if I miss one, just know they are ALL great employees working here! Tammy, Michael, Maddie and Spencer were absolutely patience, kind and caring. They give exceptional service and answered a million questions me and my boyfriend had. Very informative and supportive, through electrical issues that we had zero idea how to deal with or repair because we’d never experienced such issues. Left my old Pontiac (06 GTO) for help with an electrical fault (fog lights wouldn't turn off). Got confirmation - bad instrument cluster. Technician identified some other issues that needed attention - brakes, tie rods, carrier bearing - work I'm too old to do myself without a lift and adult supervision. Cost was dear, but I cannot complain. It's hard to find good help. Once my cluster is repaired or replaced, I think I'll let Hargett dyno tune my p.o.s. If the river don't rise.

Took my 2015 chevy truck in to get speedometer calibration because im running larger tires and they did a very in depth inspection on my truck and alerted me to some issues I didnt know I had. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
