Was just there getting a new headlight for my girlfriend but stopped at Auto zone first. Auto zone was extremely unhelpful and didn’t offer to change the light for us. Since we were parked in the O’reillys parking lot and struggling for a good 15 minutes Larry saw us and came out to help even though we didn’t get the light from there. Larry went above and beyond and made sure we understood what we were doing for the next time and even helped make sure it was the right one since we had some issues. Thank you so much for the help and kindness, Larry!!

An individual by the name of Larry took the time to not only educate me on the different types of headlamps available to me. In addition to recommending the proper headlamps. He installed them and took the time to share that the oil from my skin would diminish the lifespan of the bulb(s). After the install. He took it a step further. He replaced the hood stabilizers. This is an excellent auto parts store, the staff is always very nice and very helpful, I really enjoy going in there. They have good products and competitive prices.

Staff is always very helpful in finding parts or answering questions. I like that that they carry wix filters that are highly recommended by the automotive community, they are the only major chain I've seen carry them.

Danielle was amazing, needed a new battery earlier today and she was super helpful in removal of the old and installation of the new battery. Great experience

I got excellent customer service from Chris trying to replace sections of hosing. The new hoses fit great and I was able to finish my project that night instead of waiting on parts in the mail. An auto part store next door tried to sell me a $70 full hose kit when all I needed were a few sections. I ended up buying other stuff here because the service was so good and they answered all my questions. Will definitely be my go to local shop from now on.

Will be going back from now on! I got what I needed and more when they had the other parts on hand I decided to get last minute. I asked about availability for a part and they had it brought in to the store within 5 hours for me. I was in a pinch and they saved my butt. Super friendly and patient with me!

Chris was super helpful tonight. He greeted me when I entered while on the phone. He helped me find a lightbulb and some cleaner. He even put in the new bulb. He also told me a funny story, and I needed a laugh. Thanks, Chris!

Didn’t receive a 5 star rating due to the fact that they rarely have what I need in stock— but, due to their impeccable customer service, I went with 4 stars, because that’s obviously very important. All employees here are really nice and willing to go above and beyond to get whatever you may need ordered for you, which can be picked up at the store as soon as the next business day, or even straight to your front door.

Employees here are laid back (in a good way) and easy to chat with to bounce ideas off of for your car repair needs. I really appreciate them!

They let us use their parking lot for car meets which is awesome.

Absolutely amazing customer service here, the new window regulator I got broke while installing and I was able to get it replaced under warranty to fix it again. Will continue to return here for all of my auto needs!

Shout out to Dane !!! Dane was extremely helpful in helping me install and select a new battery for my SUV my car was designed with the battery under the computer but he knew exactly how to pull it and put in the replacement. He demonstrated outstanding customer service and was super knowledgeable ! I will definitely be going back for any future parts for our car . Definitely recommend this store !

I’ve been here twice since the pandemic started. Both times the staff hasn’t worn masks and I’ve seen customers without them too. Use Autozone down the street - their people are better and they wear masks.

I am a fan of O'Reillys, I have always had good luck with warrenty and and other issue I might have. They usually have the parts I need or can get them very quick. I also can dispose of used motor oil and filters here too.

Great company The manager Eric is a lot of fun to do business with. Down to earth but business minded helpful. Really pleasant store.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had most of the parts I needed for my older pick-up and were reasonably priced.

I am always greeted when I walk in the door and the staff is very nice and helpful. The store is well-lit, well-organized and I can find what I need efficiently. And if I can't find it, there's always someone to help. It's usually a quick stop!

They seem to carry more parts than other stores and always have a friendly staff. They offer good solutions and take time to look harder for those special parts you didn't know you needed. I'm here weekly.
