Place is an absolute joke, extremely disorganized and compulsive liars. Absolute nightmare dealing with them. Wasted a whole day waiting on them excuse after excuse . Absolute nightmare . Ended up calling a company out of indy and they came out same day no headaches. This company is ridiculously bad at there job.

This is my first time dealing with this company, and I was very pleased. They were courteous and fair. They did not try to get over on me, and when I was displeased with anything they went back to the table to discuss the situation in order to make me, the customer happy. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend them to others. When it was time for my car to be picked up, the driver was pleasant, respectful, timely and considerate. This is Wheelzy, even though they do not mention that on their website at all. Wheelzy is based in Florida not Indiana.
They offered me $66 for my car. When I told them that was way too low, they tried to offer $70 and told me "car values are down right now". That's a lie about the market and $4 increase.
Then they texted me 3 more times asking what I wanted for the car. What a joke.
Edit: I called my local pick-a-part and they gave me $225+ with pick up service. Don't accept their low ball offers.
