Our alternator went out on the way to Tennessee from Milwaukee and after replacing it we still had problems. My husband was trying everything he knew to fix it, couldn't figure it out. The employees at this store were so helpful and kind! They really went above and beyond to try to help find the solution for our issues. We eventually got it figured out with help from them and another customer. They were great!

I was towed to Advance and needed a battery today (4th of July). My little 14YO dog and I had been out in the heat for well over an hour. When we arrived in the tow truck, Jody set up a stool and fan for me to sit on with her on my lap. That was so thoughtful! He got me fixed right up with a new battery and on with my day. I really cannot express what an angel he felt like to me. Excellent, above and beyond service!

We were in a horrible bind being over 500miles from home and under a time crunch to be somewhere. Staff was EXTREMELY kind, prompt, professional, knowledgable, helpful.... Highly recommend the store and staff.

Worst Manager Ever .... i was in Advance auto part about an hour ago ... they had a sign on the shelf as shown in picture .. it was a sign that should have been taken down 47 days back .... i asked the agent who helped me find the product if she can honor the price of Buy 1 get 2nd 50% off as it was listed on the shelf.... she was very nice to go ahead and call the MANGAR ... who came out storming from the back saying " we are not honoring any such signs.... " and took the sign off and trashed it in the garbage.... WORST MANAGER at Advance auto parts located on Route 52 in Lafayette, IN .... will be also calling the corporate to discuss the bad experience i had with the manager

Advance Auto parts store is a decent place. Auto Zone can usually beat their prices and has a rewards program. So I don't shop here often at all.

Came in to pick something up because the store was a UPS drop off. The manager saw my cars window being messed up and offered to fix it. Did just that and didn't charge me a thing. If I could offer six stars I would.

10 stars for Jared. Friendly and helpful. My husband needed parts that were under warranty but were originally bought in FL even though he couldn't look up the purchase from our home store the part number matched and he helped us out. Thank you again so much!

Guy at the desk sold me a remanufactured part when it was supposed to be brand new When I pointed out his mistake he argued with me that it was a new part. Took it to the teal rd site and they swapped it out for the proper brand new part I paid for. Go to the one on teal

Bad service, even higher prices then NAPA, if that's possible. Their site has more ads and pop ups than an adult website. I dont want to have to play games to get the same price you could get without any hassle at any other parts store. It's really ashame what this store has become. Avoid this place and save yourself some time and money...

Prices beat most and have parts in stock majority of the time. Even the ordered parts we're here in couple days tops. Staff has always been good with tips or knowledge if asked

This is a helpful store, that has always maintained a helpful & polite staff. They always know what they are talking about, and are more- than- willing to assist you, whenever you require it. Their stock is well- maintained, and the store is always clean.

Great service very kind and full of optimism. Jim bertucci just needs to learn how to install a headlight. I was in the building while he was there and he was very rude to the employees after they went out of their way to make sure he had good service. Just because they are not aloud to change a headlight per store policy.

It took three people to find what we needed. One person commented to the other worker, "You gotta look everywhere to find anything." They found what we needed, thankfully, but my husband questioned his confidence level when we left the store.

Horrible quality parts. Have a vehicle for multiple years never had rust looking on rotors. Then all of a sudden get rotors from them and 3 1/2 weeks later they look like they've been sitting there in salt and water for years.

Been watching the sales for brake parts, and the website offered a 30% discount on orders over $50. So I ordered the parts online for pickup at a local store, and the had the ready when I arrived. Really smooth process, and the website is easy to work with. This store is well staffed (three employees on a Thursday afternoon) and they are pleasant. And the Sagamore construction is done and it is back to being an easy place to get in and out of.

Good store, easily accessible. i bought a valve for my car's AC. The mechanic said the the type of compressor I have already has that valve so does not need it. So I took it back to return it and saw JUSTIN at the store. He explained to be very nicely that the part I was trying to return contains a small piece which was missing and moreover it was not in the right box (meaning the mechanic put a different value in different box). So created a lot of confusion bw me and mechanic. So I took it back to mechanic and requested for missing small piece. After few days that mechanic said that it's not missing any part. Mechanic said he actually order the dryer valve for my car's AC and it does not have that small part but other car's AC does. So mechanic said to take it back and return it and if advance auto part said anything to call him. So when back to return the part and a lady was trying to help me but JUSTIN was there again came running from the back. VERY INTIMIDATING WAY... and stated I told you this dryer valve is missing small piece before even I speak. So I told the lady my issue, she calmly called the manager. Manager pulled that item online and saw the picture and that my car's dryer valve had only one part in it and hence it was missing nothing. JUSTIN brought dryer valve for different car, didn't bother to match model no. and was rude. Manager refunded money back. SO IF YOU SEE JUSTIN, REQUEST FOR A BETTER CUSTOMER REP. they usually have more than one person there.
