No manager on site called to return unneeded part 2 minutes away. Worker hung up in middle conversation just rude . THEN CLOSED SO COULDNT RETURN PART ... Won't be going back will go to autozone where it's cheaper or O Rileys where Jim is and Robert much friendlier
Only gave them a 1 star because I had to. We ordered a battery for pick up. Website said it was available went to pick it up and they had none. Update Website!
DONT SHOP OR GO TO THIS STORE !! They take your money to order your car part and won’t have it on time and blame it on you. I am calling corporate on this matter
Don’t expect your parts to arrive when they say they will. Unreliable to say the least. I ordered a caliper on Saturday morning, and was told it would arrive by noon that same day, It never did and, they blamed the driver. So, my next option was to get it by early next morning, and so I did that. Again, nothing arrived, and again they blamed the driver. Wasted two days and will never do that again.
UPDATE: Store manager Rich has reached out to me since this happened, and showed me his commitment to their customers. Thank you for making this right for me, I will continue to shop here.
Was having electrical problems battery kept dying. Had all things checked. Explained what was going on and the young man there was thinking about every possibility. Figured it out and fixed me right up with a 13.00 dollar part. Great job guys!
Usually have great service at this location but there is now a guy there that is very rude, has no personality and probably isn’t fit to be working at a auto part store
Parts at the store are more money than ordering online if you need the part right then and there I mean I guess that's the best way to go I'd rather wait two three days and save bookoo bucks
I ordered on-line and the customer service was great, they found the exact parts i needed and even gave me several discounts which almost cut my bill in half i definitely prefer to shop online when not in a hurry
This is honestly one of the only auto places where the people their actually know what they are doing and what they are talking about. When I first started out working on my car I would always go to auto zone for parts. 9 times out of 10 it would be the wrong part. With advanced auto, I've never been disappointed. They have never gave me the wrong part. Their shipping services are fantastic and they are always willing to work with you on how you want your order shipped, they even go as far as giving advice on installation of new parts. They have also given me recommendations on where I should get certain parts serviced or machined. This is easily my most favorite auto parts store. If you are having car troubles, go to them.
Both employees (the only in the store) were playing on their phone and weren't happy when I asked them if they had more Lucas oil. While I was checking out he kept checking his phone like he was playing a game. The only words he said was my total, not even a hello. I've been a customer since they built this store I won't be back.
bought a new fuel pump there with a lifetime warranty. 2 months later to the day I am replacing it again. Of course they warrantied the part but now I have a new fuel pump that is no longer warrantied. They do not warranty the replacement part. So I now have a $185 dollar fuel pump with no warranty after 2 months that was a supposed lifetime.
Update 1 1/2 months later and the replacement has failed. Went to auto zone to get a new one since advance DOES NOT warranty their parts.
