Ben helped me out with a battery today. I would like to give him a shout out for being helpful, kind, and respectful. We have an a commercial account with a location in a different city. He did what he was supposed to to ensure not just anyone was charging our account. This is greatly appreciated!
Ben was extremely rude. A different guy sold us the wrong part. We called and I was picking up the correct part since I was in town. He was with a different customer at a different register and looked at me and said it’s not our problem you ordered the wrong thing.
No but you do stand at a computer and look up parts so there’s that. He is rude and very bad for business!
He also questions our son EVERY SINGLE TIME he goes in to get parts as to what he has to do with our company. Listen Ben it’s none of your business. We won’t be back! Long time customers gone over bad employees! Sadly… I’ve called corporate before and nothing changed. And I’m sure it won’t this time either.
I wanna give a shout out to Robert for helping me tighten up my lug nuts. Bc I felt like my darn tire was about to fall off my jeep. Anyway, he fixed her right up, so let’s give him a raise or even an healthy pay on the back. Anyway, I’m back jeepin the streets of Lafayette!

I absolutely do not understand how Robert the manager even has a job, if I say 4 cylinder 4 speed you should know that is an automatic transmission. Yet I was giving a part that is for a manual transmission and yet again I'm making another trip to town to get the correct part having to borrow a car since mine is in pieces still. O'Reilly is usually cheaper on price but after continuously making extra trips for correct parts I'd rather pay more. I've learned to call and ask if 1 eyed Robert is working because he is the only person on Vets Mem Pky O'Reilly that has common sense when it comes to parts
I was at O'Reilly's last week to get new windshield wipers . They were all so nice and helpful. A young man from Texas with a strong accent helped me I can't remember his name but he was very nice
Blonde hair female around 19 or 20 is extremely rude. She refused to help me the second I walked into the store cuz of some beef I allegedly started. Made her coworker have to pick up her slack when he was already busy. Rest of the store staff are great tho. Just not her.
Saw some of the employees harassing another employee. Harrassers were male, harassee female. Don't know if that had anything to do with it but it wasn't a good look
I stopped there on my way to Walmart. I'm looking for a air pump bag that you use to open the car door enough to get something in the door to unlock it. They don't sale them

Needed two new wiper blades after a big snow - the two on my truck broke on my way to work. Store manager came to help install them, it was very cold and windy outside. He had them installed in two minutes after I had fumbled around for ten minutes. Go give this man and the store your business!
I purchased some ball joints and rented the tool. Once the car was tore down, I found the tool did not provide the correct spacer I needed. In a bind, I called and Rob (The Manager) he searched other tools, found a 4x4 adapter kit that matched the diameter of the ball joint. Without even having to ask, the delivery driver brought it to my house, as I had no means of transportation! This is the type of customer service the world desperately needs. In the past I was a DM for another retail auto parts company. This is the type of service that I expected from my team. A sincere Thank You to Robert Dunbar and the team at store #4977! I will not shop anywhere else for my automotive needs. And, they have the parts no one else stocks or can even get in a reasonable timeframe. Keep up the great work!

Smart staff here. They're better than Autozone. They get you the parts that you need with no BS. They may not have what you need but they won't sell you what don't need.
Customers service really isn't a priority here. Luckily I had a real nice new young fella who was kind and helped me.
I called headquarters and reported the lazy dude who couldn't quit talking to help me.

Went in to get new headlights. Very knowledge on what I needed and changed them out for me in about 5 minutes! Always very friendly and helpful service.
Always appreciate being able to go into the store and have Morris and his guys there to help. Always trying to make sure you have a great deal. The customer service that Morris and his guys show are hands down better than the competition.
Tanner is very helpful at the O'Reilly's on Veterans Memorial Parkway 350 South Tanner is the go-to guy out there he is service with a smile even though you might need parts to fix your car and it's expensive at times he tries to make it more bearable for you they have really good parts for automobiles here we will always be return customers especially because of Tanner and because from time to time we breakdown LOL
Staff is knowledgeable friendly courteous and quick!! Their parts are decent way better than AutoZone those people are nasty rude. I really like that they have not only men but women working here. The store is clean and organized well makes it nicer to shop
There were three Auto Parts on 350 but I always go to this one because people are so friendly and you always get the right part the guy went out of his way to help me in this with you explain to me how to put it in. Answered all my questions. and get me out of there in a timely fashion.
